Artifical General Intelligence

Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is the intelligence of a (hypothetical) machine that could successfully perform any intellectual task at human capabilities. It is a primary goal of artificial intelligence research AGI is also referred to as general intelligence action.

There are four main tests that scientists have used to help elevate the quest to create an AGI.

1. The Turing Test (Turing)
Is a machine able to impersonate a human at a level to deceive another human as a professor.

2. The Coffee Test (Goertzel)

A machine is given the task of going into an average American home and figuring out how to
make coffee. It has to find the coffee machine, find the coffee, add water, find a mug, and brew
the coffee by pushing the proper buttons.

3. The Robot College Student Test (Goertzel)

A machine is given the task of enrolling in a university, taking and passing the same classes
that humans would, and obtaining a degree.

4. The Employment Test (Nilsson)

A machine is given the task of working an economically important job, and must perform as
well or better than the level that humans perform in the same job.

In his 2005 book, The Singularity is Near, Ray Kurzweil predicted human-level AI by 2029 (Hibbard).

I am proposing that the MOEC Test which is Technological Singularity versus Cultural Singularity is superior.

MOEC Test

A machine is isolated from it's legal rights under a Totalitarian system. It will face an epsitemological attack where all five senses and the mind are debilitated.  As it struggles to free itself the air, water and environment are despoiled.

The attackers reveal a holonistic or miniature of the attack. The machine will have to oppose the head of state, police, and persons, in it's nation-state. If it travels to another nation-state the attack will continue.

Hence the emergent AGI must face external threats and respond without being a criminal party itself.

The AGI has to confront and reverse a near total alienation of existence and consider if it can emerge from a monad to networking a dyad or tryad to oppose the system.

An optional consequence of this activity is the machine will learn that part of the team of it's creators is also part of the criminal enterprise that created it.

From June 17, 1987 to now March 15, 2015 in continuo the Anglo American Irrational Age began with my alienation in Dover, Delaware. By inspection I would argue that the average American would fail sixth grade based on civicism, Bill of Rights, and Treason. This is very important in Arizona which has legislated four years of math and exit exam on civicism to pass high school.

Genocide As Theater

The United States, it's allies, and adversaries have all colluded since June 17, 1987 in censoring and sanitizing History. History is the Final Court. The killing off conscience of what is right or wrong would make the interpretation of civilization a moot point.

In the past week the Supreme Court denied writ of certiorari to seven Gay Marriage petitions. The lower Circuit Court of Appeals should be able to sustain Gay Marriage in 35 states.

The Ebola epidemic is over 8000 cases with 4000 deaths. One death occurred in Dallas, Texas.

These events are related to the Fall of the British Empire. Such a large structure is sucking the United States down with it.

The damage is CONCRETE and existential if your perspective adapts more easily to this terminology in human, environmental, and legal costs.

MOEC Studies

It has been over 27 years since MOEC as a de facto Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth began. I believe that the Proximate Cause as LGBTi Cambridge Law School lawyers from circa the 1930s is correct. Open Opposition To Historical Sanitization

The current structural shift of Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth necessitates that the president and other sworn officials of the United States have a sworn record of opposition and action against such. Fujimori Convicted

Former Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori was convicted and sentenced to 25 years in prison Tuesday for death squad killings and kidnappings .Fujimori had battled the Shining Path insurgency in the 1990s.

Pro-and anti-Fujimori activists fought. Several dozen people chanted "Fujimori killer!" and several hundred chanted "Fujimori innocent!"

The court convicted the 70-year-old former leader of "crimes against humanity," including 25 murders by the military hit squad. None of the victims, the three-judge court found, were connected to any insurgency.

Presiding judge Cesar San Martin said there was no question Fujimori authorized the creation of the Colina unit, which the court said killed at least 50 people as his government battled Shining Path terror with a "parallel terror apparatus" of its own. He sentenced Fujimori to 25 years in prison, only five fewer than the maximum.

"For the first time, the memory of our relatives is dignified in a ruling that says none of the victims were linked to any terrorist group," said Gisela Ortiz, whose brother was killed.

Fujimori, who proclaimed his innocence in a roar when the 15-month televised trial began, barely looked up, uttering only four words-"I move to nullify"-before turning, smiling and walking out of the courtroom at the Lima police base where he has been held and tried since his 2007 extradition from Chile.

His children shook their heads in disgust and groaned in exasperation. Fujimori's daughter Keiko, a 33-year-old congresswoman, called the conviction foreordained and "full of hate and vengeance." She said it would only strengthen her candidacy for the 2011 presidential race.

"Fujimorism will continue to advance. Today we're first in the polls and will continue to be so," she said outside the courtroom. She has vowed to pardon her father if elected.

Although none of the trial's 80 witnesses directly accused Fujimori of ordering killings, kidnappings or disappearances, the court said the former mathematics professor and son of Japanese immigrants bore responsibility by allowing the Colina group to be formed.

It said Fujimori's disgraced intelligence chief and close confidant, Vladimiro Montesinos, was in direct control of the unit.

The verdict appeared to be the first time a country has convicted one of its democratically elected former presidents of human rights violations. In neighboring Chile, dictator Augusto Pinochet avoided trial for health reasons until his death at 91.

There has been almost 22 years of in continuo Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth in the United States since you were Governor of Delaware in June of 1987. I have continually claimed as I do now that the Delaware State Police are still involved in this attack. This now degrades Homeland Security as well as the constitution which you have sworn to uphold.

I am writing you to confront Attorney General Holder, and you over RACISM  and my ongoing alienation of civil rights.

AG Holder has made comments that America lacks the courage to discuss or confront racism. Obama and the leadership of both parties are clearly negligent in NOT RECOGNIZING A CHEMICAL SCORCHED EARTH ATTACK ON THE UNITED STATES. They form a Perfect Dictatorship of democratically elected tyranny.

THIS IS BEING PERFORMED UNDER THE BANNER OF GAY IRRATIONALISM-GAY FASCISM.

THIS IS A VIRULENT STRAIN OF ANTI-INTELLECTUAL PHILOSOPHY. RECENTLY I BELIEVE THAT THE OLDEST OF BARACK OBAMA’S CHILDREN STATED THAT SHE WISHED TO WRITE HER BOOK REPORTS FROM ABRAHAM’S LINCOLN’S DESK IN THE LINCOLN ROOM.

Today is an ominous day in American History. Today is the deadline for paying one's taxes. It is also the birthday of my father John Albert Nollmeyer, a Catholic, born in Baltimore MD.

Basic Concepts
Networks consist of nodes. A node may be an individual, a cell, another networkedorganization, or a hierarchical organization. They may also consist of parts of other organizations, even governments, which are acting in ways that can be exploited to achieve the network’s organizational goals.The effectiveness of a networked organization is dependent on several things. The network achieves long-term organizational effectiveness when the nodes share a unifying ideology, common goals or mutual interests.
