My name is Bhakta David Nollmeyer. I am writing you in the spirit of an amicus curiae. Since June 17, 1987 the 200th Anniversary year of the United States Constitution, I was alienated from legal protections under the Bill of Rights by a Gay Militia operating out of Los Angeles Police Department.

These actors claim that Cambridge Law School is the proximate cause sine qua non. The Strategic Mission of this attack was Gay Marriage. In this light my natural citizenship was used to attack the Constitution and then President Ronald Reagan.

The Authorship, allegedly homosexual lawyers and heterosexual Trinity College theologians, are War Crimes on the Run. These professors are the impritur of the expansion and contraction of the British Empire. This activity has always been the domain of Cambridge. In this instance for this leg of the operational line they have labelled themselves Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. This acronym has roots in the Mobilization for WWII and the Book of Moed, a festival book of the Talmud.

It appears that the Christians wished to expose War Crimes committed by the British but the lawyers did not. The result was an agreement to leak or expose the Structure and process over time. It is plausible that the Membership is guilty in the illegal murder of over 1 million persons historically.

MOEC claims to have a hub and node system based in every police station house worldwide. It is the most highly advanced Prisoner's Dilemma system in place in continuo.

This is a Holy Grail career path.

Currently the air, water, and all products manufactured in my vicinity are chemically contaminated while I am under Electronic Surveillance. There is a censorship and sanitization program in place that has created a Cultural Singularity or Blackout.

At this point every supranational regime as the United Nations and nation state should be concerned.

The primary interest of Israel, the Jewish Homeland is it's survival. It is overwhelming that a Chemical Assault - Scorch Earth program is emanating from the United States. The other nodes or Targets most likely yourself or others in Israel are fractals of the attack on myself.

The creation of Israel, East and West Pakistan, and the Six Day War are easily attributable to Cambridge Planning. The Islamic State is also falling into this category.
In the news bulletin Dabiq 9 the Islamic State discusses Shirk Conspiracy and methodologies that claim they are of the Khuffar meddlings.

The alter ego concept of a polarization between the LGBTi Movement and Jihadhi is compelling.

It is my claim that the surviving Nazis cut deals with MOEC to flee to South America and other locations, only to be tracked down later by Simon Wiesenthal Center.

I am the Simon Wisenthal for MOEC. I would argue under RICO Statutes and Treason, over 19 out of 20 persons are corrupt in the United States. I am in Weed California, near Mt. Shasta. Cartels as the Knights Templar and New Generation are nodes extended through LAPD and Scotland Yard through local police stations. The Islamic State smuggling and racketeering are similarly guided.

I am also claiming that Anne Frank was held under defection by MOEC. The materials that I am writing from are compelling and support this claim.

The goals of MOEC Studies are:

1. Seat a War Crimes Tribunal under International or National Jurisdiction based on the Nuremberg  Model

2. Create Educational Testing and exit exams and  for 6, 8, 12 year of prepatory school

3. Support employee Testing at least every three years.

Barack Obama was is the Singularity Target. Bhakta David Nollmeyer is the Singularity Experiment. The Birther Conspiracy is based on the fact that Obama was born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu Hawaii and I was born August 3, 1961.

The preponderance of criminal history and fact is easily on my side. The question is whether I can live to see Obama, the United States, and Cambridge Univeristy of the United Kingdom.

The United States has been under and radiating a de facto Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth program since June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware when my Bill of Rights protections were eliminated by a Gay Militia alleged to be operating in LAPD.

This enterprise descends from treason. Only nine persons have been convicted of such in America.

I am stating that I believe that Barack Obama will be brought to Justice if I live to 2041. He and I will be 80, you will be 81.

Conclusion

The Salton Sea is the greatest article of physical evidence. It appears it was recreated to be used in MOEC to demonstrate the incompetence and corruption of the American President. The initial target of Ronald Reagan has damaged Barack Obama the most severe. This is true for any sworn LGBTI leaders and those lawyers and activists in the  Gay Marriage cases headed to the Supreme Court.

Wakeup and Die

Aleksandr Solzenhenitsyn has died August 3, 2008 in Russia. I spent the day acknowledging my 47th birthday. I have not seen any comments from Barack Obama or John McCain. I read his book The Gulag Archpileago in the tenth grade in Dover High School. It was interesting that the Capitol School District made one also read The Good Earth, Pearl S. Buck and Caesar Rodney High School gave 1984 and Animal Farm, George Orwell to task. In degree, what Solzenhnitsyn did no say in his life he can help indirectly by being dearly departed to add focus on the American School of The Perfect Dictator.

Aleksandr Isayevich Solzhenitsyn  Russian: Алекса́ндр Иса́евич Солжени́цын, Russian pronunciation (December 11, 1918 – August 3, 2008)  was a Russian novelist, dramatist and historian. Through his writings, he made the world aware of the Gulag, the Soviet labour camp system, and for these efforts, Solzhenitsyn was both awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1970 and exiled from the Soviet Union in 1974. He returned to Russia in 1994. That year, he was elected as a member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in the Department of Language and Literature. He was the father of Ignat Solzhenitsyn, a well-known conductor and pianist. He died at home after years of declining health on August 3, 2008.

During World War II, he served as the commander of an artillery unit in the Red Army, was involved in major action at the front, and was twice decorated. In February 1945, while serving in East Prussia, he was arrested for writing a derogatory comment in a letter to a friend, N. D. Utkevich, about the conduct of the war by Josef Stalin, whom he called "the whiskered one", "Khozyain" (The Master) and "Balabos", (Odessa Yiddish for "boss").[11] He was accused of anti-Soviet propaganda under Article 58 of the Soviet criminal code, paragraph 10, and of "founding a hostile organisation" under paragraph 11. Solzhenitsyn was taken to the Lubyanka prison in Moscow, where he was beaten and interrogated. In 1950, he was sent to a "Special Camp" for political prisoners. During his imprisonment at the camp in the town of Ekibastuz in Kazakhstan, he worked as a miner, bricklayer, and foundryman. His experiences at Ekibastuz formed the basis for the book One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich. While there he had a tumor removed, although his cancer was not then diagnosed.

From March 1953, Solzhenitsyn began a sentence of internal exile for life at Kok-Terek in southern Kazakhstan. His undiagnosed cancer spread, until, by the end of the year, he was close to death. However, in 1954, he was permitted to be treated in a hospital in Tashkent, where he was cured. These experiences became the basis of his novel Cancer Ward and also found an echo in the short story "The right hand". It was during this decade of imprisonment and exile that Solzhenitsyn abandoned Marxism and developed the philosophical and religious positions of his later life; this turn has some interesting parallels to Dostoevsky's time in Siberia and his quest for faith a hundred years earlier. Solzhenitsyn gradually turned into a philosophically-minded man in prison. He repented for what he did as a Red Army captain and in prison compared himself with the perpetrators of the Gulag ("I remember myself in my captain's shoulder boards and the forward march of my battery through East Prussia, enshrouded in fire, and I say: 'So were we any better?'") During his years of exile, and following his reprieve and return to European Russia, Solzhenitsyn was, while teaching at a secondary school during the day, spending his nights secretly engaged in writing. In his Nobel Prize acceptance speech he wrote, "during all the years until 1961, not only was I convinced I should never see a single line of mine in print in my lifetime, but, also, I scarcely dared allow any of my close acquaintances to read anything I had written because I feared this would become known."
