Dear Governor  Ducey,

The State of Arizona and specifically the Colorado River are focal points in an attack on the United States. I have been alienated from my Bill of Rights protections since June 17, 1987 under then President Reagan. The epistemological attack on my senses has turned into a fullblown Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth imposed over one natural person and their citizenship to attack the United States. This in turn creates the United States as the main hub in radiating the attack to other nation-states.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

Currently the Colorado River is despoiled running into Mexico from Blythe CA - Ehrenberg. The Salton Sea has also been despoiled most notably for the 2008 and 2012 Presidential Elections.

The allegation is that Cambridge Law School is the proximate cause. Hence the Origin is in England. What is at hand is a hybrid gang or Title 18 1961 RICO Criminal Enterprise.

This attack is based on Prisoner's Dilemma. Any nation-state with an informant population will fail to the level of defection. The wealth of the nation is in the management of it's labor.
Informants create destruction.

The allegation is that a Gay Militia has been created from a confrontation between heterosexuals and homosexuals at Cambridge. The Same Sex clique prevailed. This disaster which they have named Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. This acronym is a fusion of Mobilization and the Book of Moed, a Jewish Scripture based on festival days.

This leg of the line extends back to 1880 and a response to the German Sheffen Plan. It appears the British have been pouring hydrochloric acid in radiators in Britain from an earlier date.

Ethnic Nationalism or Nativism is the cultural foundation for Undermining a culture.

MOEC and the Chemical Assault are artifacts of the LGBTi Culture. It is a study in Undermining to create an Empire and perhaps a family dynasty. In modern ideology there are three groups Irrationalist - Fascists, Liberals, and Conservatives.

MOEC is Gay Irrationalist - Gay Know Nothing. The language and the attack on English and communication is brutal : "Are You Here"? This phrase will live infamy.

The wheat fields here are ruined, perhaps for two hundred years. The United States cannot continue to despoil land and products at the factories.

The Islamic State is the alter ego of the Gay Militia. The Islamic State is no more than an informant puppet to British defection models. They are hypocrites to what they claim to be against.

In this instance I have fought and opposed a manifest insurrection against the United States, Constitution, and President that wishes for a Same Sex qualification for legal rights.

I have a solid legal record against the Misprision of Treason. The so called locals who say they,"Are Here", are an embarrassment being profiled at the sixth grade 80 IQ level.

The American Police has failed from LAPD which is the hub of the Gay Militia.

No one from California, Arizona, the LGBTi Movement, or Homeland Security has done anything.

You and you colleagues should have acted not accepted a bogus Attorney General Exemption for the President.
