Lawyer Patrick Finucane, killed in Belfast in 1989. Copyright RTÉ

1 April 2009

Dear Mr Nollmeyer

Thank you for your correspondence of 31 March to the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in connection with the case of Patrick Finucane.   I have been asked to respond on his behalf.

Let me begin by saying that the murder of Mr Finucane  in 1989 was an outrageous crime which the Government condemns absolutely.

You ask the Government to "live up" to "promises to instigate a properly independent public inquiry into the killing of Patrick Finucane."   Our position remains that if there is to be a statutory inquiry into Mr Finucane's death the only way such an inquiry could take place is under the Inquiries Act 2005. The Inquiries Act is the only statutory basis for  all inquiries  because all the old legislation has been repealed.

The Government is clear that the Inquiries Act provides for fully independent and effective inquiries.

The Government has already established three of the public inquiries recommended by Judge Peter Cory . Importantly the judges chairing two of those -the Billy Wright and Robert Hamill inquiries - themselves asked the Government to apply the Inquiries Act because they felt that it would enable them to carry out their work more effectively. They are continuing to carry our robust and effective investigations under the terms of the Act . The Act has is also being used for a number of other inquiries currently taking place elsewhere in the UK.

A Finucane inquiry under the Inquiries Act would have full statutory powers to compel evidence and witnesses and the hearings, in Judge Cory's words, would be public   " to the extent possible " .  The independent Chairman would have full access to all the evidence and would see every witness and read every document.

The Inquiries Act 2005 also requires inquiry reports to be published. This was not the case under the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Act 1921, which has now been repealed.

The Government is currently in correspondence with the Finucane family's legal representatives about the basis on which any inquiry would be established.  Once these discussions have included we will need to take a decision on the way forward .

Thank you for raising your concerns I hope this response has helped to address them

Yours sincerely

The 2008 Election Aftermath

If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible; who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time; who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer.

Let us resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long. Let us remember that it was a man from this state who first carried the banner of the Republican Party to the White House - a party founded on the values of self-reliance, individual liberty, and national unity. Those are values we all share, and while the Democratic Party has won a great victory tonight, we do so with a measure of humility and determination to heal the divides that have held back our progress. As Lincoln said to a nation far more divided than ours, "We are not enemies, but friends...though passion may have strained it must not break our bonds of affection." And to those Americans whose support I have yet to earn - I may not have won your vote, but I hear your voices, I need your help, and I will be your President too.

Excerpts from Barack Obama’s Acceptance Speech

My response to Barack Obama is all things are possible, in the degree that it is historical proof that the president of the United States will condone and support Institutionalized Torture. Barack Obama will be the fifth Irrationalist President within a system of a Perfect Dictator.
The Democratic Party will soon be the standard bearer of torture most likely within two years. I am in Salton City in California and the area is poisoned. Barack Obama speaks in a code to his followers not about change. One must judge by the hand not the mouth. Concrete Reality is a better measure of performance than long range rhetoric and semantics which so far are the only qualities that Obama has demonstrated. These are the same qualities that the first Irrationalist President Ronald Reagan exhibited very well.

The links are taken from the deathbed of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. I am of the position that the chemical scorched earth here in the United States which President George W. Bush and Barack Obama refuse to acknowledge are related.

I am a ritvik follower of Srila Prabhupada.

Republican and Democratic Party Corruption

A plausible reason for the disintegration of nation-states and cultures is that such become dependent to the forces of social control i.e. The military and the police. This work is reflected in the work of Durkheim.

In this consideration I would ban both the Republican and Democratic parties. Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush have committed severe abuses under this party’s banner. William Clinton has done likewise as a Democrat. It appears that Barack Obama will contribute to the United States decline if all remains constant six days hence.

The Nazi Party is banned in some nations in Europe. I ardently support this well though out and deliberate conclusion. Forces of irrationalism and power historically have beaten down the average person without recognition and justice. Present instances include Darfur where even public awareness does not translate into any movement to guarantee lives while political forces ramble onward and armed militias destroy life.

In the United States my analysis sees that even the powerful wish and end to the abuses of the last four presidents which form a Perfect Dictatorship. Corporate entities are willing to sustain heavy losses to dispose of Republican abuse even if legislatively the party is more corporate friendly.

Barack Obama appears more charmed by fired up crowds than the nihilism he ignores in show bottle intellectual exhibitions. He is neglecting the power realities and using blind faith that the corrupt security apparatus will not turn on him as it has the entire country.

Regardless of who the next president is the Republican and Democratic Parties are corrupt and negligent.

Change: Let History Decide

Barack Obama has finished the Democratic Convention with a historic speech in front of 84,000 persons. Historically I will argue that this is a prime example of the culture creating it’s own elimination. Barack Obama has not even recognized the grievous totalitarian abuses of which he is a continuation of. The hardball response of Russia in Georgia is in focus now as Putin has alleged that he believes actors in the United States orchestrated the event to promote a candidate.

John McCain has benefited from this event. This morning he nominated Sarah Palin a 44 year old unknown Governor of Alaska as vice president. This morning’s headlines are now dominated by this act of change.

To return Barack Obama’s fiction obstructs justice and is unethical in it’s self. Neither team of candidates are capable of negotiating nuclear or chemical weapons.

This country is under serious attack. I have blogged and posted a severe criticism of Joseph Biden on Sean Hannity’s Forum and Newzap which runs newspapers conveniently in Arizona.

The American Presidency is irrationalist. It is no more than a Vichy as the Nazi’s installed in France in WWII.

The American has sold it soul. The price will be born out in the external environment. The sad, but concrete reality is the Barack Obama has the Audacity of Hope to pull this stunt on the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s I Have a Dream Speech.

On the Death of Tony Snow

The death of White House press secretary Tony Snow demonstrates the lack of and legitimacy and focus in the presidency and journalism. For an individual who suffered from colon cancer Snow demonstrated a very cavalier character in regards tothose challenged by genetics and the environment.

I am beginning to be more candid in my analysis as Mr. Snow can be. This nation is suffering from a brutal chemical assault that the White House regardless if the Republicans or the Democrats are in power refuse to recognize.

The water in California is contaminated and this is in areas that are affected by wildfires as Lassen and Plumas Counties.
If someone were to comment on my ultimate fate hopefully I will do such here, much to the chagrin of so-called journalism.
David Nollmeyer
Westwood CA

The Sunday talk-show hosts paid tribute this morning to one of their own: Tony Snow, the first moderator of "Fox News Sunday," who died of colon cancer on Saturday.
Snow hosted the program -- the first news show on the Fox television network -- for seven years, from 1996 to 2003. He then turned his attention to "Weekend Live with Tony Snow" on Fox News Channel and "Tony Snow Live" on Fox News Radio before being named White House press secretary in April 2006.

He served President Bush until stepping down in September 2007, citing his desire to ensure that his family was financially secure. Most recently, he was a commentator on CNN.

On CBS' "Face the Nation," former Republican National Committee chair Ed Gillespie recalled Snow as "one of the good guys." ...

"He was so good at what he did, whether it was as a commentator, as a newsman, as an editorial writer, as a press secretary or as a speechwriter, because he cared deeply about the- issues," Gillespie said. "And he was always positive and upbeat and optimistic, and people resonated -- that resonated with people."

On CNN, Gloria Borger of US News & World Report told Wolf Blitzer of "Late Edition" that Snow "could disagree with you without being disagreeable. ... So smart, so engaging. And one of his talents was listening. That's why he was such a good host of the Sunday show. He was such a good listener. And he was able to respond to you by just taking apart your argument. And he did it so well, but always with a generous nature."

"He had a real sense in the debate and the exchange," said CNN's Jessica Yellin, who covered the White House during Snow's tenure as press secretary. "He came in at a time when the press was enormously frustrated, feeling cut out and he really engaged everybody. He didn't always give you the answer.

"He was very good at changing the topic. But I'll tell you one thing, the minute he came, people started to expand their vocabulary. They would walk out of that press briefing room asking, 'What did that word mean?' and they'd look it up. He raised everyone's game."

In re: Barack Obama and John McCain

Now that the primary season has produced the presumptive candidates of the two major parties; one has to deliberate over the folly of the ritualism of these persons and the culture.

The emperor has no clothes…

The barbaric conditions that have persisted over the last 21 years has no agenda with either figure. The economy is being wrecked along with a despoiled environment. Monetarism has debased the American dollar to the point where it has been displaced by the Euro. America has flourished when it genuinely was a true leader.

In contrast a true electoral fraud is ongoing today in Zimbabwe courtesy of the despot Robert Mugabe who has no shame in laying bare an ole school power play to retain power.

The American culture and human species has a great lesson to learn in the exploitative marginalization tactics that are being used to oppress and alienate one and the collective from spiritual and civil justice.

The American presidency is probably within a decade or two from being exposed as a system of charlatans who sold their citizens down the river.

I genuinely enjoy pointing out that I am one day senior in age to Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico. At the present the myth is more important than the person.

The two candidates are most surely investing time in vetting their vice-presidential candidates and raising funds.

I personally have two choices as spiritual survivalist. Externally one can find a defensible spot and hunker down and wait for aid or attempt to walk out or fight. Since I have no access to real courts (I have made over 26 federal suits that would have stopped this event.), the rational use of legal documents in a historical context is and was a correct territorial decision.

I do not see how any real transparent legal venue could vindicate any sworn duty bound official who was correctly brought before the court.

Walk that Walk...

Tim Russert of Meet the Press has died. Long revered and disdained for what could be pointed questioning this leader in news journalism is now dead. Recently I remember him for sharp questioning of Rudi Giulani and Ron Paul during the primaries. The lack of direct commentary of the last twenty one years of usurapation will burst this icon’s legacy. Conditions here now in Westwood California are horrific with chemical conatmination.
NBC News and MSNBC
updated 2 minutes ago

WASHINGTON - Tim Russert, NBC News’ Washington bureau chief and the moderator of “Meet the Press,” died Friday after being stricken at the bureau, NBC News said Friday. He was 58.

Russert was recording voiceovers for Sunday’s “Meet the Press” program when he collapsed, the network said.

He had recently returned from Italy, where his family was celebrating the graduation of ---Russert’s son, Luke, from Boston College.

Russert was best known as host of “Meet the Press,” which he took over in December 1991. Now in its 60th year, “Meet the Press” is the longest-running program in the history of television.

But he was also a vice president of NBC News and head of its overall Washington operations, a nearly round-the-clock presence on NBC and MSNBC on election nights.

He was “one of the premier political journalists and analysts of his time,” Tom Brokaw, the former longtime anchor of “NBC Nightly News,” said in announcing Russert’s death. “This news division will not be the same without his strong, clear voice.”

In 2008, Time Magazine named Russert him one of the 100 most influential people in the world.
Timothy John Russert Jr. was born in Buffalo, N.Y., on May 7, 1950. He was a graduate of Canisius High School, John Carroll University and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He was a member of the bar in New York and the District of Columbia.

Senate staffer before entering journalism-After graduating from law school, Russert went into politics as a staff operative. In 1976, he worked on the Senate campaign of Daniel Patrick Moynihan, D-N.Y., and in 1982, he worked on Mario Cuomo’s campaign for governor of New York.

Russert joined NBC News in 1984. In April 1985, he supervised the live broadcasts of NBC’s TODAY show from Rome, negotiating and arranging an appearance by Pope John Paul II, a first for American television. In 1986 and 1987, Russert led NBC News’ weeklong broadcasts from South America, Australia and China.

History in Retrospect

A review of the last twenty-one years since the 200th Anniversary of the United States which would be June 17, 1987 reveals Homeland Security as the most important issue. Within this I would place human rights which is not exclusive to a just and righteous government and state.
Herein it is easy to discern that the last four presidents are in fact irrationalist:

  1. Ronald Reagan
  2. George H.W. Bush
  3. William Clinton
  4. George W. Bush
These four individuals are part of what is a clear Perfect Dictator. This system regardless of whether the Democrats or the Republicans win is tyrannical in not recognizing a de facto totalitarian police state run out of LAPD CA. Electronic surveillance is rampant, chemical assault attacks humans and natural species alike. Environmentalists and corporate business concerns are equal frauds and charlatans.
Al Gore is a HOAX as a environmentalists. He as his presidential predecessors lacks the courage to step forward and do the right thing.
The United States is on the verge of witnessing Barack Obama be the first African American to win the presidential nomination of a major political party. His mantra of change rings hollow. By being a ritualistic player of the game he claims to be changing, he too, becomes a player.
California has witnessed Hollywood Arnold Schwarzenegger emerge as an outsider as governor only to be another insider.
Hillary Clinton is no more than a Raul Castro, or continuity to protect a purge than a genuine figure on universal healthcare.
John McCain the presumptive Republican candidate has lost hi wartime courage. I believe he has a small advantage over Barack Obama but he is also an insider an not a maverick on the side of Justice, Liberty, and Freedom.
The Homeland and Civilization remain unprotected.

Trajectory Through History

Pope Benedictine XVI

Cambria CA
Dateline 4-16-08

Today is an ominous day in American History. Today is the deadline for paying one's taxes. It is also the birthday of my father John Albert Nollmeyer, a Catholic, born in Baltimore MD.

The Supreme Court has also upheld the use of lethal injection. I support the death penalty.

This is also the day that the systematic harassment of myself which lead to the still unrecognized scorched earth and Orwellian electronic surveillance. These acts fully became manifested to President Reagan and his subsequent successors in continuo on June 17, 1987 the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution.

Today is also the one year anniversary of the Virginia Tech Massacre which left over 30 killed. Today is also the birthday of Pope Benedictine XVI who celebrated at the Whitehouse with President Bush. Neither has recognized this act of torture.

The pun here is who is bearing the cost of the tax?

Hedonistic Calculus

The Clintons have released their tax returns from 2001 - 2007. The Clintons have earned $109 million and have paid $33,783,507 million in taxes. The range of earnings falls between $7.9 million and $20 million dollars per anum. The Obamas earned $1.6 million in 2005 and $991,296 in 2006. Sen. McCain has not released returns. His wife is a beneficary of a reputed $100 million trust.

I have been persecuted severely and the use of autarky on a Malthusian scale will dominate future studies of whom gained or lost an advantage from June 17, 1987 onward. The history of which these figures especially the Clintons have created is a bogus fiction of sanitized destruction.

I have spent $20,000 dollars about $1300 in court costs for cases that would have ended this despotism.MC- 100 and MC - 101 were dismissed as Nollmeyer versus Lockyer, Nollmeyer versus Bernard Parks in the Federal Eastern District of California. The plutocratic structures that also pumped cash into these figures also demonstrates the incompetence and corruption of CEO leadership and culture.

Death Of William Buckley

William Buckley Jr.

Conservative icon William Buckley died at 82 while working on a new book in Stamford CN. Buckley who is the host for Firing Line and was the founder for the conservative benchmark National Review is regarding and reviled as the father of modern conservatism.

In spite of a prodigious output, Buckley's voice on the conditions in the United States since 1987 are missing. He has been silenced by irrational militants of the LGBT who have also damaged even the new leadership of liberalism as Barack Obama. The rudderless ship continues on a bureaucratic pilot as individuals as Rudi Giuliani and John McCain attempt to redefine Republicanism in contemporary dress.

With the Christian Right still present but not as effective, it will remains to be seen if any print writer will emerge to lead in the wake of talk radio which is more popular and current event based for the right wing.

What is Justice?

Many of us have a basic background in philosophy or some manner of a moral or faith system. Western political philosphy is formed by two texts in degree; The Bible and Plato's Republic.
Here we can can see the question raised What is Justice in the Individual and What is Justice in the State?
Thrasymachus is a paid sophist. We can extend with accuracy the current philosophy of humanrights abuse from his answers.

David Nollmeyer

Plato's Republic

Thrasymachus says, "I declare justice is nothing but the advantage of the stronger" Republic 338c [W.H.D. Rouse translation, Great Dialogues of Plato, Mentor Books, 1956, p.137. The following two citations are Rouse's translation also]. Robbery and violence are normally called "injustice," but when they are practiced wholesale by rulers, they are justice, i.e. the interest of the stronger, the rulers. Thus, when we consider ordinary citizens, "the just man comes off worse than an unjust man everywhere" (343d). Since the rulers do not obey the principles they impose on the citizens, they are in those terms "unjust." So Thrasymachus says, "You will understand it most easily, if you come to the most perfect injustice, which makes the unjust man most happy, and makes those who are wronged and will not be unjust most miserable" (344a).
...Tyranny is not a matter of minor theft and violence, but of wholesale plunder, sacred and profane, private or public. If you are caught committing such crimes in detail you are punished and disgraced; sacrilege, kidnapping, burglary, fraud, theft are the names we give to such petty forms of wrongdoing. But when a man succeeds in robbing the whole body of citizens and reducing them to slavery, they forget these ugly names and call him happy and fortunate, as do all others who hear of his unmitigated wrongdoing. [Republic 344a-c, H.D.P. Lee translation, Penguin Books, 1955, p.73.]

Oprah and Endorsing Obama

Cambria CA

Oprah Winfrey in endorsing Barack Obama for president clearly demonstarates a lack of conscience. This country and myself are undergoing very severe institutionalized chemical assaults under a systematic democratically elected tyranny.

Oprah is above most all economically. Barack Obama has not demonstrated any change. He is clearly demonstrating that he as president will contune the abuse.

This is clear for the sitting president and all the other 2008 pretenders to the presidency.

Terrorist Use of Chemical and Biological Weapons

The following outlines are from an expert source. The single issue terror group use Biological Weapons (BW) as a first choice. Most incidents are hoaxes. Conventional Terror (CT) is second choice. Apocalyptic groups fit this Method of operation (MO) in the first instance. It is clear that the American president and the 2008 Presidential Candidates are prentenders to the office and are of questionable integrity on homeland security.

I am attempting to reset my cellphone but Malibu Ca is still causing tracphone lines to be on emergency standing EVDO does work however. My main phone is on Verizon.

Terrorist Use of Chemical and Biological Weapons

Historical Record and Future Threat

􀁺Based on historical record, religious/apocalyptic groups pose the greatest threat (e.g. Rajneeshees, Aum Shinrikyo)
􀁺Globally, terrorists generally have preferred the "instant" gratification of explosives
􀂄Many non-WMD alternatives available to terrorists
􀁺Terrorists tend to use CBW that
􀂄Require little educational training
􀂄Require little manipulation
􀂄Are easily deployed (crude dissemination methods)
􀁺Chemicals are the terrorist CBW agents of choice
􀂄Most biological cases are hoaxes
􀁺U.S. anthrax attacks a watershed?
􀂄Sophisticated biological processing and dissemination techniques
􀂄Lack of restraint to cause mass casualties
Other Aspects of CBW Terrorism Threat
􀁺Dual use agents and technologies
􀁺Wide access to CBW information
􀂄Internet resources and "how to" books
􀁺Relatively low cost
􀂄Little infrastructure required for CBW
􀁺High consequence pathogens and toxins stored and used in laboratories and culture collections throughout world
􀂄Frequent outbreaks of exotic, highly infectious disease
􀁺Large stockpiles of chemical agents in Russia under questionablesecurity
􀂄Most chemical agents widely available
􀁺Unemployed weapons engineers from FSU and elsewhere may be hiredby well funded terrorist organizations

Chemical agent choices

􀂄Chlorine
􀂄Cyanide
􀂄Rat poison
􀂄Ricin

State Sponsored Terror

The concept of a Single Issue Terror Group is becoming a disturbing concept that is focusing in a constraining but positive manner my opposition to the ongoing attack in the United States. LAPD avenging LGBT History and are ill equipped to perform any positive activities other than destroy the United States. Both public and civilian populations are informant based and complicit.A scapegoating purge will most likely attempt to wash the hands of dead presidents as Ronald Reagan. Due to time and logistic constraints the following is edited from:
A Military Guide to Terrorism in the Twenty-First Century 15 August 2005

Social
Often particular social policies or issues will be so contentious that they will incite extremist behavior and terrorism. Frequently this is referred to as “single issue” or “special interest”terrorism. Some issues that have produced terrorist activities in the United States and othercountries are:

Animal rights

Abortion

Ecology/environment

Minority rights

Networked Structure
Terrorists are now increasingly part of far more indistinct and broader system of networksthan previously experienced. Groups based on religious or single-issue motives lack a specificpolitical or nationalistic agenda; they therefore have less need for a hierarchical structure tocoordinate the achievement of their goals. Instead, they can depend and even thrive on loose affiliation with like-minded groups or individuals from a variety of locations. General goals and targets are announced, and individuals or cells are expected to use flexibility and initiativeto conduct the necessary action.

Basic Concepts
Networks consist of nodes. A node may be an individual, a cell, another networkedorganization, or a hierarchical organization. They may also consist of parts of other organizations, even governments, which are acting in ways that can be exploited to achieve the network’s organizational goals. The effectiveness of a networked organization is dependent on several things. The network achieves long-term organizational effectiveness when the nodes share a unifying ideology, common goals or mutual interests. When there is failure to accept the overall goals of theorganization, pieces of the network will drop out. This is less catastrophic than a splintering within a hierarchical group. Another difficulty for network organizations not sharing a unifying ideology is that nodes can pursue objectives or take actions that do not meet the goals of the organization, or are actually counterproductive. In this instance, the independence of nodes fails to develop synergybetween their activities or contribute to common objectives.Networks distribute the responsibility for operations, and provide redundancies for key functions. The various cells need not contact or coordinate with other cells except for thoseessential to a particular operation or function. The avoidance of unnecessary coordination or command approval for action provides deniability to the leadership andenhances operational security.Networks are not necessarily dependent on the latest information technology for their effect. The organizational structure and the flow of information inside the organization are the defining aspects of networks. While information technology can make networks moreeffective, low-tech means such as couriers and landline telephones can enable networks to operate effectively in certain circumstances.

Hub or Star and Wheel
Nodes communicate with one central node. The central node need not be the leader or decision maker for the network. A variation of the hub is a wheel design where the outer nodes communicate with one or two other outer nodes in addition to the hub. A wheel configuration is a common feature of a financial or economic network.

Government Affiliation Categories
Categorizing terrorist groups by their affiliation with governments provides indications of their means for intelligence, operations, and access to types of weapons. U.S. joint doctrine identifies three affiliations: non-state supported, state-supported, and state-directed terrorist groups.

Non-state supported. These are terrorist groups that operate autonomously, receiving nosignificant support from any government.State-supported. These are groups that generally operate independently but receivesupport from one or more governments.
State-directed. These groups operate as an agent of a government and receive substantialintelligence, logistic, and operational support from the sponsoring government.

Sociopaths Lack Guardian Angel

Sociopaths Lack Guardian Angel
Kathleen Fackelmann

Leading natavistic criminologist Adrian Raine of University of Pennsylvania after analyzing reasarch on 1400 persons stated that killers and antisocial people are more likely to have abnormalities in the prefrontal cortex. This location in forehead is involved in making moral decisions.

"The prefrontal cortex is like the guardian angel of behavior," stated Raine.

Guido Frank a -University of Colorado-Denver researcher argues that after analysis of brain scans of aggressive teenage males that abnormalities in the amygdala may also be prevalent. These preliminary findings according to Raine are the strongest to link abnormalities in the brain to violent behavior. Raine also states that proving brain damage that predisposes one to violence may not be excusable in court.

Raine stated,"We must protect society."

Al Gore: A Leader in Convergent Totalitarianism

Nobel Prize for Al Gore: Collusion in Historical Sanitization

David Nollmeyer

The awarding of a Nobel Peace Prize to Albert Gore and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), headed by Indian scientist Dr RK Pachauri is collusion in the sanitization of history.

Albert Gore was Vice-President over of one thumping eras in American and World History from 1993 to early 2001. During this tine period I was and still am held under conditions of chemical assault and scorched earth. In 1992 I was living in San Diego, California which is now undergoing fierce Santa Ana winds and catastrophic wildfires.

The air at every night was contaminated with numerous chemicals including acids.
To perpetuate his fictious life as an environmentalist one can not the following from his official website. The text in question is the new offering by Al Gore.

The Assault on Reason

A visionary analysis of how the politics of fear, secrecy, cronyism, and blind faith has combined with the degradation of the public sphere to create an environment dangerously hostile to reason.

http://www.algore.com/index2.html

Mr. Gore in acknowledging his award stated:

I am deeply honored to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. This award is even more meaningful because I have the honor of sharing it with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change -- the world's pre-eminent scientific body devoted to improving our understanding of the climate crisis -- a group whose members have worked tirelessly and selflessly for many years. We face a true planetary emergency. The climate crisis is not a political issue, it is a moral and spiritual challenge to all of humanity. It is also our greatest opportunity to lift global consciousness to a higher level.

http://www.hindustantimes.com/storypage/storypage.aspx?id=5f06a73b-cbea-4168-82de-240c975eb6d0&ParentID=55455f45-c07b-499c-beea-c41c02aba2d0&&Headline=Peace+Nobel+for+Gore%2c+Pachauri%e2%80%99s+IPCC

Below is an example of political theater and the Trojan Horse Syndrome of using environmentalism to front a platform of various issues which are externalities. Should these speakers be regarded as objective authorities free from An Assault On Reason as Gore now claims.

The following small selection is only part of the co-option of environmentalists themselves to weaken living space to totalitarian forces which use externalities like the environment to marginalize or even kill of populations.

Al Gore is truly a leading figure in Convergent Totalitarianism and Fatalism and Dependency rather than world leadership. Concrete history refutes his Academy Award and Nobel Prize. Both The Academy that gives out awards for film and the Nobel Peace Prize should be taken to cast for cowardliness and cronyism, not for advancing Peace.

Global warming and clean air policies

TOM BEARDEN: On the global warming issue, the Vice President has long claimed leadership, going back to his tenure in the US Senate. He led the US delegation to the 1992 Earth Summit in Brazil, and supporters say he rescued the 1997 Global Warming Conference in Kyoto, Japan. That conference produced the Kyoto protocols, wherein 150 nations agreed to targets for reducing their emissions of greenhouse gases.

KATIE McGINTY: It is without doubt that his trip to Kyoto at the most critical time in those discussions was the decisive element in forging the final compromise which led to the Kyoto protocol itself, and which led -- for the first time in history -- to a legally-binding regime that would have all of the nations of the world joining hands in a joint effort to turn down the dial, if you will, on the buildup of these climate disrupting pollutants.
TOM BEARDEN: But the administration has yet to submit the protocol to the Senate for ratification because senators have made it clear they will not do so without substantial guarantees of action by other nations. The Heritage Foundation's Antonelli finds a consistent pattern in all this.

ANGELA ANTONELLI: They've not succeeded legislatively, but that then has pushed them to do things administratively; that is, acting on their own authority within the White House to try and move their agenda forward.

The Clinton-Gore administration has basically gone around Congress because they haven't been able to get their legislative agenda through and moved independently to take actions -- whether it be the federal government locking off hundreds of millions of acres of land or other kinds of actions, implementation of the Kyoto protocol and global warming even though the Senate must ratify that. That hasn't been done.

PROTESTERS: Al Gore, corporate whore!

TOM BEARDEN: Even some environmentalists are disappointed with Gore's clean air record. Brent Blackwelder is executive director of Friends of the Earth, a national environmental organization which endorsed Bill Bradley instead of Gore in the presidential primaries.

BRENT BLACKWELDER: One of the reasons the Friends of the Earth Political Action Committee endorsed Bradley was we thought Bradley got far more legislative results than Gore did when he was in office. And one of our major critiques of Gore was that he knew the issues, but he did not legislate and get results.

TOM BEARDEN: But Blackwelder does applaud Gore for going to Kyoto.
BRENT BLACKWELDER: I think Gore gets credit for having been there and gotten that started. And so I think that is a high point for what they did. I think the low point on climate is the failing to actually practice what you preach by not keeping US greenhouse gas emissions down to 1990 levels, instead letting them grow to be 13 percent more by the time we ended the decade.

TOM BEARDEN: The Sierra Club's Carl Pope has a much higher opinion of the administration's clean air record.

CARL POPE: Al Gore's been a real hero on cleaning up air pollution during the last eight years. We have seen phenomenal progress from the Environmental Protection Agency in cleaning up what comes out of our cars, in cleaning up power plants in the Midwest that had gone for 30 years without being regulated, in setting down some standards that will complete the job of cleaning up air quality in the Northeast.

Toxic waste and Superfund sites

TOM BEARDEN: Of all the aspects of the environment that Gore has dealt with, toxic waste may have stirred the most controversy. The Superfund Law, which deals with the cleanup of toxic waste sites, is one of the pivotal and most contested pieces of US environmental legislation.
AL GORE: The subcommittee will come to order.

TOM BEARDEN: The Gore campaign says he played a leading role in creating that law when he called for congressional hearings in 1978 that revealed the illegal dumping of billions of pounds of toxic chemicals. McGinty says he's followed through in the years since.

KATIE McGINTY: We have completed with the vice president's leadership more than three times the number of Superfund cleanups than any of the previous administrations, so the record is very strong. However, the administration has also put on the table time and time again over the last seven years, important new legislation that would update the Superfund program, that would improve it. And at every turn, the majority in the Congress has failed to pass that legislation.

TOM BEARDEN: Angela Antonelli sees the record differently.

ANGELA ANTONELLI: We're doing a terrible job. We need to do better. Most Americans want that. They understand the program is broken. But unfortunately, as has been the case with many other programs, the administration has been unwilling to effectively work with Congress, to craft a bipartisan solution on how to improve the superfund program.

TOM BEARDEN: In his 1992 book "Earth in the Balance: Ecology and the Human Spirit", then-Senator Gore said, "we must make the rescue of the environment the central organizing principle for civilization," and said, mankind should undertake "wrenching transformation" to save the planet. Such proposals are logical to some, radical to others. The Vice President's environmental rhetoric and his long record will be pivotal for some voters when they consider his candidacy.

GWEN IFILL: We'll have a similar extended look at Governor Bush's record on the environment tomorrow.

An Open Letter to Fred Thompson

Big Pine CA
Dateline 10-10-07

The Republican Debate two days previous that was also the official entry for participation by Fred Thompson only demonstrates the corrupt nature of both International and American political culture. The United States is undergoing catastrophic environmental despoliation. This is most severe in Inyo - Mono Counties of CA, along the AZ - CA border region of the Colorado River, and the entire coast from Oregon to at least Los Angeles.

I am a foil for this breach of Homeland Security which is being carried out by LAPD. This unit is collapsing with a Gay Militia that wishes to isolate and destroy the environment. I am a social conservative who advocates traditional heterosexual marriage. The original target appears to be Ronald Reagan.

Fred Thompson’s appearance contrary to conventional media punditry, reveals that he like the other candidates are consistently abusing power to institutionalize the concrete destruction of natural persons and the environment. For a sworn official Fred Thompson does not appear in the least to be concerned with upholding the Constitution. America has been clamoring for tyranny.

The human rights community and spiritual missions too, are content to be externalizing economic concerns over substantitive moral and economic concerns which are necessities not luxuries.Soon perhaps before it is too late someone or a group may emerge to restore order.

This someone or group is not Fred Thompson or the 2008 Candidates.

The Clinton Administration

This is a public domain photo of the Clinton Administration. I am beginning a more direct take the names down approach to Direct Advocacy.

The United States government regardless of who or what party will do whatever they can get away with.

My picture ABOVE is from Flagstaff AZ. I am not really amused. I took the photo myself on a $30.00 toy camera. They work find for the cost and size as long as you are close to the subject.
Yes you may see what few photos there are of me on Facebook or Digg. WYSIWYG.
It is interesting that the most prominent tweeners 1961-64 are dead as John F. Kennedy JR. and Princess Dianna. Roger Clemens and Wynton Marsalis are going strong.
Barack Obama and I are separated by one day by birth.
I was born 8-03-1961 in Roswell NM.

President Bush: Double Speak On Human Rights

President Bush: Double Speak On Human Rights

President Bush made a statement Thursday September 27, 2007 denouncing the killing of nine protesters in Myanamar. "Every civilized nation has the moral obligation to stand up to Mynamar.", said President Bush. This president has done more to damage the exercise of free speech than anyone in recent memory from an executive position.

I have a webring that has activists from Myanamar. I am eternally grateful for their suuport and their courage for standing up to Myanamar and our Perfect Dictator. The population in America has has defected to this totalitarian farce of democracy and is no better in clamouring for tyranny.

President Bush can only create personal fiction for so long. Hillary Clinton & Co. are no more than pretenders to the throne and do little more than to demonstrate that they are the more capable water carrier than a leader of humanity away from the Doomsday Hell Hole. South East Asia has attempted to emerge from despotism as Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge. History is surely capable of repeating itself especially when leadership is weak. The Republican entourage of handmaidens to a false history of human rights and censorship is likely to continue the slow burn of the United States from the middle of nowhere which is Big Pine, California.

I do not wish to be satirical or too cynical. The world must observe and document activities in Myanamar and here in California before the abyss is reached.President Bush has designated 14 junta members for sanctions which is appropriate behavior for a world leader.

His message to other despots is clear: Do as I say - not as I do.
