Open Letter: Gavin Newsom

Dear Lt. Governor Newsom,

Since accepting your legal oath of office you have been de facto and negligent in recognizing the cruel, inhumane, and degrading circumstances that persist in the State of California and are radiating outward from Los Angeles Police Department towards the remaining states and world.

My name is Bhakta David Nollmeyer. I have been residing in Desert Shores, California and the Salton Sea is deliberately contaminated to alienated me from my state and federal constitutional rights.

This is a gender and faith based hate crime. I am alienated because I am an opposite sex (heterosexual male). LAPD has cell(s) of a Gay Militia. There is a sexual behavior based qualification through defection to have your rights guaranteed. I am 49.5 years of age and have zero same events or partners my entire life.

I am also a ritvik Hare Krishna.

All surface water, products in stores, and air has been contaminated. I can not even approach a building or the police will spray chemicals through the ventilation.

The strategic mission of this attack which began on June 17, 1987 in Delaware is Gay Marriage, a potential right of which you have been a considerable leader. A negative spillover is that the alienation of my right attacks the whole.

I am using the estimate that there are 600,000 living HIV/AIDS positive persons living in the United States. This based on a estimated caseload of 1.3 million persons.

As Lt. Governor, if you do not uphold my rights you are also attacking this population.

What is a clear manifest function. There is a linearly observably Chemical Assault ongoing against race. From a crystal  intelligence perspective it is being protected in part by a red herring (distraction) that is polymorphous perversity based. This states that the Gay Militia will attack you ad hominem with sexual based innuendo based on a Male Same Sex Male MSM lifestyle. The Gay Militia is attempting to condition the population to a Stockholm Syndrome - Cognitive Dissonance schema. This states that under a survival situation victims reconcile or defend their egos by becoming sympathetic to their captors.

I am maintaining my legal right to practice Krishna Consciousness of which I am also being attacked. I need to have vegetarian food, be able to chant, and read shastras (scriptures). I have not drank water in over 4 years. I just ate a half gallon of ice cream this morning. The milk is polluted.

I am the most stalked person in the history of the United States.
This attack has a code name Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. It is been leaked as the work of Cambridge Law School. Part of it’s emergence is fitness training for Singularity. Technological Singularity is predicted to occur in 2045. This is based on mostly hardware and software creating Super Intelligence. At this stage machines will lead humans transforming culture. This technological determinism.

The Gay Militia is a Joe Virus. This is the equivalent of taking any army of pcs and attacking a server. This is a very shameful live experiment on human beings with my person being the prime experimental subject.

I have not broken although I have to be highly adaptable. I am using as Asus 1000he netbook (2GB Ram) dual boot XP Home and Ubuntu 10.4 , 30 Watt Top Solar Panels, Droid as modem, and Tempest 12 volt 9 amp battery to write to you.

The Tempest is beginning to spark as it is a sealed lead acid battery and is probably corroding internally and I have to wait four for it to stabilize. It is superior product for it’s primitive design.

Governor Brown, Attorney General Harris and yourself are extremely insensitive and anti-social for permitting the human race, environment, California, and the United States to be damaged at this level. The criminal and civil liabilities to your persons and the State of California is incalculable.

As an opposite sex or heterosexual male I have no legal rights to stop this attack, you do. I would have to had a bisexual female and/or have children in order for to prevent a full blown Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. Targeted Chemical Assaults TCA would have continued and will likely after this operation at this magnitude terminates.

Open Letter to Gov. Schwarzenegger

Dear Governor

Since you have assumed office as Governor of California you have stressed only fiscal management of this state.

There is an escalated CHEMICAL ASSAULT ongoing here in California and as well as nationwide.

Your legal responsibilities are foremost protecting the PRIMARY RIGHTS of the citizens. Small chemical assaults have been placed over genealogies of various individuals, ideas, and external objects as food clothing and shelter. The most severe TARGET natural person is my self. As other persons attempt to assist me they to run the risk of being incorporated into this RICO styled corruption.

The event is being carried out by cell(s) of GAY MILITANTS within LAPD. MUTUAL AID violations therefore originate within this state.

Regardless you should have and still should act overtly by using EMERGENCY POWERS OF THE GOVENOR.

The SALTON SEA IS completely contaminated as is most of the food, clothing and shelter.

As for reproduction I have staunchly opposed GAY MARRIAGE. In California this would be support of PROPOSITION 8.

Republican and Democratic Party Corruption

A plausible reason for the disintegration of nation-states and cultures is that such become dependent to the forces of social control i.e. The military and the police. This work is reflected in the work of Durkheim.

In this consideration I would ban both the Republican and Democratic parties. Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush have committed severe abuses under this party’s banner. William Clinton has done likewise as a Democrat. It appears that Barack Obama will contribute to the United States decline if all remains constant six days hence.

The Nazi Party is banned in some nations in Europe. I ardently support this well though out and deliberate conclusion. Forces of irrationalism and power historically have beaten down the average person without recognition and justice. Present instances include Darfur where even public awareness does not translate into any movement to guarantee lives while political forces ramble onward and armed militias destroy life.

In the United States my analysis sees that even the powerful wish and end to the abuses of the last four presidents which form a Perfect Dictatorship. Corporate entities are willing to sustain heavy losses to dispose of Republican abuse even if legislatively the party is more corporate friendly.

Barack Obama appears more charmed by fired up crowds than the nihilism he ignores in show bottle intellectual exhibitions. He is neglecting the power realities and using blind faith that the corrupt security apparatus will not turn on him as it has the entire country.

Regardless of who the next president is the Republican and Democratic Parties are corrupt and negligent.

Kazakh's Krishna Society Threatened With New Court Cases

As an effort to resolve the conflict caused by the destruction of 26 homes and confiscation of 116 acres of property of the Society for Krishna Consciousness the Kazakhstan government has continually offered unsuitable land plots.

The latest offer has been 10 acres of a landfill/garbage dump in Illi District, Almaty Province.

The directors of the Krishna Society have repeatedly expressed their willingness to cooperate with government authorities to resolve this conflict. But, they have expressed that they cannot accept an active garbage dump, which does not have drinking water or water for irrigation, as a satisfying resolve.

The chairman of the Krishna Society was informed on June 17, 2008 that the government has officially allotted this parcel of land despite the Krishna Society not having agreed to accept the plot.

In a telephone conversation with the Deputy Hakim of Almaty Province, Serik Mukanov, the officials of the Krishna Society were warned that failure to comply to this order could result in the loss of the Temple building and barn which the society still occupies in Karasai District. The deputy Hakim stated that he would contact the Karasai District government with the instruction that they resolve the issue.

The Karasai District government oversaw anti-Krishna media broadcasts, opened court cases against the society, oversaw the demolition of homes of the community members, and has had the 116 acres of community land returned to the land reserve of the district.

The pretence for the confiscation of the 116 acres is that forgery was committed in the original sales and purchase agreement. To date there has no ruling that forgery took place.

The farm of the Krishna Society was legally purchased and privatized by the society. It is presently valued as a multi-million dollar property. The farm was the main center of the Krishna religion in Kazakhstan and central Asia.

Many families were displaced by the demolitions that took place during the winter of 2006 and summer of 2007. Despite requests by OSCE, the American government, and the International Helsinki Foundation, the Kazakh government offered no humanitarian aid or compensation to the families following the destruction.

The Krishna Society has been featured in recent television reports against non-traditional religions in Kazakhstan. The latest wave of anti-sect media propaganda has intensified as the Kazakh government is reviewing controversial amendments to the religious laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Human rights observers have stated that the amendments would be in gross violation of international standards of freedom of religion and belief.

In re: Barack Obama and John McCain

Now that the primary season has produced the presumptive candidates of the two major parties; one has to deliberate over the folly of the ritualism of these persons and the culture.

The emperor has no clothes…

The barbaric conditions that have persisted over the last 21 years has no agenda with either figure. The economy is being wrecked along with a despoiled environment. Monetarism has debased the American dollar to the point where it has been displaced by the Euro. America has flourished when it genuinely was a true leader.

In contrast a true electoral fraud is ongoing today in Zimbabwe courtesy of the despot Robert Mugabe who has no shame in laying bare an ole school power play to retain power.

The American culture and human species has a great lesson to learn in the exploitative marginalization tactics that are being used to oppress and alienate one and the collective from spiritual and civil justice.

The American presidency is probably within a decade or two from being exposed as a system of charlatans who sold their citizens down the river.

I genuinely enjoy pointing out that I am one day senior in age to Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico. At the present the myth is more important than the person.

The two candidates are most surely investing time in vetting their vice-presidential candidates and raising funds.

I personally have two choices as spiritual survivalist. Externally one can find a defensible spot and hunker down and wait for aid or attempt to walk out or fight. Since I have no access to real courts (I have made over 26 federal suits that would have stopped this event.), the rational use of legal documents in a historical context is and was a correct territorial decision.

I do not see how any real transparent legal venue could vindicate any sworn duty bound official who was correctly brought before the court.

Tim Russert of Meet the Press has died. Long revered and disdained for what could be pointed questioning this leader in news journalism is now dead. Recently I remember him for sharp questioning of Rudi Giulani and Ron Paul during the primaries. The lack of direct commentary of the last twenty one years of usurapation will burst this icon’s legacy. Conditions here now in Westwood California are horrific with chemical conatmination.

Russert was best known as host of “Meet the Press,” which he took over in December 1991. Now in its 60th year, “Meet the Press” is the longest-running program in the history of television.

But he was also a vice president of NBC News and head of its overall Washington operations, a nearly round-the-clock presence on NBC and MSNBC on election nights.

He was “one of the premier political journalists and analysts of his time,” Tom Brokaw, the former longtime anchor of “NBC Nightly News,” said in announcing Russert’s death. “This news division will not be the same without his strong, clear voice.”

In 2008, Time Magazine named Russert him one of the 100 most influential people in the world.
Timothy John Russert Jr. was born in Buffalo, N.Y., on May 7, 1950. He was a graduate of Canisius High School, John Carroll University and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He was a member of the bar in New York and the District of Columbia.

Senate staffer before entering journalism-After graduating from law school, Russert went into politics as a staff operative. In 1976, he worked on the Senate campaign of Daniel Patrick Moynihan, D-N.Y., and in 1982, he worked on Mario Cuomo’s campaign for governor of New York.

Russert joined NBC News in 1984. In April 1985, he supervised the live broadcasts of NBC’s TODAY show from Rome, negotiating and arranging an appearance by Pope John Paul II, a first for American television. History in Retrospect

A review of the last twenty-one years since the 200th Anniversary of the United States which would be June 17, 1987 reveals Homeland Security as the most important issue. Within this I would place human rights which is not exclusive to a just and righteous government and state.
Herein it is easy to discern that the last four presidents are in fact irrationalist:

1. Ronald Reagan
2. George H.W. Bush
3. William Clinton
4. George W. Bush

These four individuals are part of what is a clear Perfect Dictator. This system regardless of whether the Democrats or the Republicans win is tyrannical in not recognizing a de facto totalitarian police state run out of LAPD CA. Electronic surveillance is rampant, chemical assault attacks humans and natural species alike. Environmentalists and corporate business concerns are equal frauds and charlatans.

Al Gore is a HOAX as a environmentalists. He as his presidential predecessors lacks the courage to step forward and do the right thing.

The United States is on the verge of witnessing Barack Obama be the first African American to win the presidential nomination of a major political party. His mantra of change rings hollow. By being a ritualistic player of the game he claims to be changing, he too, becomes a player.

California has witnessed Hollywood Arnold Schwarzenegger emerge as an outsider as governor only to be another insider.

Hillary Clinton is no more than a Raul Castro, or continuity to protect a purge than a genuine figure on universal healthcare.

John McCain the presumptive Republican candidate has lost hi wartime courage. I believe he has a small advantage over Barack Obama but he is also an insider an not a maverick on the side of Justice, Liberty, and Freedom.

The Homeland and Civilization remain unprotected.
