I am sending this small memo out to persons who I believe have an interest in Gaudiya Vaishnavism at a legal, historical, and personal level. The United States government is condoning what had historically been localized chemical assaults into what is now a FULL BLOWN SCORCHED EARTH. Since February of 2007 surface water  as large as the Colorado River, Owens River, and Salton Sea in California have been chemically contaminated. This was code named Radhanatha as a poison in the well tactic against an ISKCON diksa guru of this name.

I am an independent ritvik. I have spent over $20,000 on over 26 federal lawsuits against the United States Government, Delaware State Police and ISKCON. The later involves New Raman Reti. I have signed a release against those parties which  I will  honor.

The most pressing issue is the chemical assault. New Raman Reti was desecrated. The concrete factual basis of what chemical exposure will do to the evolutionary biology of human and other species is imperative an may dictate the outcome. I am a conspiracy theorist. I will totally posit the pump and dump recession we are in is a prisoner's dilemma mechanism of the United Kingdom. In The Bhagavad Gita Drupadi was married into several brothers on the side of Arjuna in the Pandavas. This practice is to conserve property in the family.

A tactic of marginalization of equity creates class stratification and holds down individuals and firms with low equity. Hence if one had 100 million dollars and a competitor had 10 million dollars in the impure economy, it is a probability that the first party would consider spending 20 million dollars to eliminate the competitor. One would consider why not just buy out that party if there is benefit.

There is Malthusian Autarky consideration that borders on a fascist pre-genocidal tendency. It is more closer to the mentality of criminal drug dealers or perhaps Saddam Hussein's sons who will fight to the end rather than turn themselves in.

Archetypes in State Planning and Social Wrecking

First I would like to extend my prayers to all those affected by 9-11 and the present syndrome of hurricanes.

The Wizard of Oz

The Wizard of Oz is a 1939 American musical-fantasy film mainly directed by Victor Fleming and based on the 1900 children’s novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum.The film features Judy Garland as Dorothy Gale, Ray Bolger as the Scarecrow, Jack Haley as the Tin Man, Bert Lahr as the Cowardly Lion, Billie Burke as Glinda the Good Witch of the North, Margaret Hamilton as the Wicked Witch of the West, and Frank Morgan as the Wizard.

The Pied Piper of Hamelin

In 1284, while the town of Hamelin was suffering from a rat infestation, a man dressed in pied garments appeared, claiming to be a rat-catcher. He promised the townsmen a solution for their problem with the rats. The townsmen in turn promised to pay him for the removal of the rats. The man accepted, and thus played a musical pipe to lure the rats with a song into the Weser River, where all of them drowned. Despite his success, the people reneged on their promise and refused to pay the rat-catcher. The man left the town angrily, but returned some time later, seeking revenge.

On St. John's Day. while the inhabitants were in church, he played his pipe again, this time attracting the children of Hamelin. One hundred and thirty boys and girls followed him out of the town, where they were lured into a cave and never seen again. Depending on the version, at most two children remained behind (one of whom was lame and could not follow quickly enough, the other one was deaf and followed the other children out of curiosity) who informed the villagers of what had happened when they came out of the church.

Other versions (but not the traditional ones) claim that the Piper lured the children into the river and let them drown like the rats or led the children to a cave on Köppen Hill or Koppelberg Hill (outside of Hamelin) or a place called Koppenberg Mountain and returned them after payment or that he returned the children after the villagers paid several times the original amount of gold.

Children’s Crusade

According to more recent research there seem to have actually been two movements of people (of all ages) in 1212 in Germany and France. The similarities of the two allowed later chroniclers to combine and embellish the tales.

In the first movement Nicholas, a shepherd from Germany, led a group across the Alps and into Italy in the early spring of 1212. About 7,000 arrived in Genoa in late August. However, their plans did not bear fruit when the waters failed to part as promised, and the band broke up. Some left for home, others may have gone to Rome, and some may have travelled down the Rhône to Marseilles, where they were probably sold into slavery. Few returned home and none reached the Holy Land.

The second movement was led by a French shepherd named Stephen of Cloyes (a village near Châteaudun), who claimed in June that he bore a letter for the king of France from Jesus. Attracting a crowd of over 30,000 he went to Saint-Denis, where he was seen to work miracles. On the orders of Philip II, on the advice of the University of Paris, the crowd was sent home, and most of them went. None of the contemporary sources mention plans to go to Jerusalem.

Change: Let History Decide

Barack Obama has finished the Democratic Convention with a historic speech in front of 84,000 persons. Historically I will argue that this is a prime example of the culture creating it’s own elimination. Barack Obama has not even recognized the grievous totalitarian abuses of which he is a continuation of. The hardball response of Russia in Georgia is in focus now as Putin has alleged that he believes actors in the United States orchestrated the event to promote a candidate.

John McCain has benefited from this event. This morning he nominated Sarah Palin a 44 year old unknown Governor of Alaska as vice president. This morning’s headlines are now dominated by this act of change. 

To return Barack Obama’s fiction obstructs justice and is unethical in it’s self. Neither team of candidates are capable of negotiating nuclear or chemical weapons.

This country is under serious attack. I have blogged and posted a severe criticism of Joseph Biden on Sean Hannity’s Forum and Newzap which runs newspapers conveniently in Arizona.

The American Presidency is irrationalist. It is no more than a Vichy as the Nazi’s installed in France in WWII.

The American has sold it soul. The price will be born out in the external environment. The sad, but concrete reality is the Barack Obama has the Audacity of Hope to pull this stunt on the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s I Have a Dream Speech.

Today is an ominous day in American History. Today is the deadline for paying one's taxes. It is also the birthday of my father John Albert Nollmeyer, a Catholic, born in Baltimore MD.

The Supreme Court has also upheld the use of lethal injection. I support the death penalty.

This is also the day that the systematic harassment of myself which lead to the still unrecognized scorched earth and Orwellian electronic surveillance. These acts fully became manifested to President Reagan and his subsequent successors in continuo on June 17, 1987 the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution.

Today is also the one year anniversary of the Virginia Tech Massacre which left over 30 killed. Today is also the birthday of Pope Benedictine XVI who celebrated at the Whitehouse with President Bush. Neither has recognized this act of torture.

Death Of William Buckley

William Buckley Jr.

Conservative icon William Buckley died at 82 while working on a new book in Stamford CN. Buckley who is the host for Firing Line and was the founder for the conservative benchmark National Review is regarding and reviled as the father of modern conservatism.

In spite of a prodigious output, Buckley's voice on the conditions in the United States since 1987 are missing. He has been silenced by irrational militants of the LGBT who have also damaged even the new leadership of liberalism as Barack Obama. Robbery and violence are normally called "injustice," but when they are practiced wholesale by rulers, they are justice, i.e. the interest of the stronger, the rulers. Basic Concepts
Networks consist of nodes. A node may be an individual, a cell, another networkedorganization, or a hierarchical organization. They may also consist of parts of other organizations, even governments, which are acting in ways that can be exploited to achieve the network’s organizational goals.The effectiveness of a networked organization is dependent on several things. The network achieves long-term organizational effectiveness when the nodes share a unifying ideology, common goals or mutual interests. When there is failure to accept the overall goals of theorganization, pieces of the network will drop out. This is less catastrophic than a splintering within a hierarchical group. The awarding of a Nobel Peace Prize to Albert Gore and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), headed by Indian scientist Dr RK Pachauri is collusion in the sanitization of history.

Albert Gore was Vice-President over of one thumping eras in American and World History from 1993 to early 2001. During this tine period I was and still am held under conditions of chemical assault and scorched earth. In 1992 I was living in San Diego, California which is now undergoing fierce Santa Ana winds and catastrophic wildfires.

PROTESTERS: Al Gore, corporate whore!

TOM BEARDEN: Even some environmentalists are disappointed with Gore's clean air record. Brent Blackwelder is executive director of Friends of the Earth, a national environmental organization which endorsed Bill Bradley instead of Gore in the presidential primaries.

BRENT BLACKWELDER: One of the reasons the Friends of the Earth Political Action Committee endorsed Bradley was we thought Bradley got far more legislative results than Gore did when he was in office. And one of our major critiques of Gore was that he knew the issues, but he did not legislate and get results.

TOM BEARDEN: But Blackwelder does applaud Gore for going to Kyoto.
BRENT BLACKWELDER: I think Gore gets credit for having been there and gotten that started. And so I think that is a high point for what they did. I think the low point on climate is the failing to actually practice what you preach by not keeping US greenhouse gas emissions down to 1990 levels, instead letting them grow to be 13 percent more by the time we ended the decade.

TOM BEARDEN: The Sierra Club's Carl Pope has a much higher opinion of the administration's clean air record.

CARL POPE: Al Gore's been a real hero on cleaning up air pollution during the last eight years. We have seen phenomenal progress from the Environmental Protection Agency in cleaning up what comes out of our cars, in cleaning up power plants in the Midwest that had gone for 30 years without being regulated, in setting down some standards that will complete the job of cleaning up air quality in the Northeast.

Toxic waste and Superfund sites

TOM BEARDEN: Of all the aspects of the environment that Gore has dealt with, toxic waste may have stirred the most controversy. The Superfund Law, which deals with the cleanup of toxic waste sites, is one of the pivotal and most contested pieces of US environmental legislation.
AL GORE: The subcommittee will come to order.

TOM BEARDEN: The Gore campaign says he played a leading role in creating that law when he called for congressional hearings in 1978 that revealed the illegal dumping of billions of pounds of toxic chemicals. McGinty says he's followed through in the years since.

KATIE McGINTY: We have completed with the vice president's leadership more than three times the number of Superfund cleanups than any of the previous administrations, so the record is very strong. However, the administration has also put on the table time and time again over the last seven years, important new legislation that would update the Superfund program, that would improve it. And at every turn, the majority in the Congress has failed to pass that legislation.

TOM BEARDEN: Angela Antonelli sees the record differently.

ANGELA ANTONELLI: We're doing a terrible job. We need to do better. Most Americans want that. They understand the program is broken. But unfortunately, as has been the case with many other programs, the administration has been unwilling to effectively work with Congress, to craft a bipartisan solution on how to improve the superfund program.

TOM BEARDEN: In his 1992 book "Earth in the Balance: Ecology and the Human Spirit", then-Senator Gore said, "we must make the rescue of the environment the central organizing principle for civilization," and said, mankind should undertake "wrenching transformation" to save the planet. Such proposals are logical to some, radical to others. The Vice President's environmental rhetoric and his long record will be pivotal for some voters when they consider his candidacy.

An Open Letter to Fred Thompson

The Republican Debate two days previous that was also the official entry for participation by Fred Thompson only demonstrates the corrupt nature of both International and American political culture.The United States is undergoing catastrophic environmental despoliation. This is most severe in Inyo - Mono Counties of CA, along the AZ - CA border region of the Colorado River, and the entire coast from Oregon to at least Los Angeles.

I am a foil for this breach of Homeland Security which is being carried out by LAPD. This unit is collapsing with a Gay Militia that wishes to isolate and destroy the environment. I am a social conservative who advocates traditional heterosexual marriage. The original target appears to be Ronald Reagan.

Fred Thompson’s appearance contrary to conventional media punditry, reveals that he like the other candidates are consistently abusing power to institutionalize the concrete destruction of natural persons and the environment.For a sworn official Fred Thompson does not appear in the least to be concerned with upholding the Constitution. America has been clamoring for tyranny.

The human rights community and spiritual missions too, are content to be externalizing economic concerns over substantitive moral and economic concerns which are necessities not luxuries.Soon perhaps before it is too late someone or a group may emerge to restore order.

This someone or group is not Fred Thompson or the 2008 Candidates.

President Bush: Double Speak On Human Rights

President Bush made a statement Thursday September 27, 2007 denouncing the killing of nine protesters in Myanamar. "Every civilized nation has the moral obligation to stand up to Mynamar.", said President Bush. This president has done more to damage the exercise of free speech than anyone in recent memory from an executive position.

I have a webring that has activists from Myanamar. I am eternally grateful for their suuport and their courage for standing up to Myanamar and our Perfect Dictator. The population in America has has defected to this totalitarian farce of democracy and is no better in clamouring for tyranny.

President Bush can only create personal fiction for so long. Hillary Clinton & Co. are no more than pretenders to the throne and do little more than to demonstrate that they are the more capable water carrier than a leader of humanity away from the Doomsday Hell Hole. South East Asia has attempted to emerge from despotism as Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge. History is surely capable of repeating itself especially when leadership is weak. The Republican entourage of handmaidens to a false history of human rights and censorship is likely to continue the slow burn of the United States from the middle of nowhere which is Big Pine, California.

I do not wish to be satirical or too cynical. The world must observe and document activities in Myanamar and here in California before the abyss is reached.President Bush has designated 14 junta members for sanctions which is appropriate behavior for a world leader.

His message to other despots is clear: Do as I say - not as I do.

Few persons are aware that I was one of the first persons to attempt a RICO suit against ISKCON. I believe in transparency, especially in a preaching movement. What does anyone has to hide? Here the police have co-opted the court and we await the future to decide an even bigger event os systematic abuse.

As living entities we are open systems to the environment. We must take inputs as air, food, and water and subsequently leave byproducts as carbon dioxide and other waste. The human culture is escalating a hedonistic calculus which is the benefit cost ratio. Any consideration of a sustainable equilibrium is disregarded for the obtainment of immediate pleasure.This culture is a poor support for using a "war by other means" approach as contaminating the environment to degrade the quality of life so a more convential war could not be fought. Also vulnerable at a lower level is sustainable economy. Polluting water supplies eliminates an element essential to all life. Our surface water supplies as drinking water are easily plumbered as is seen here in the Eastern High Sierras and the Colorado River Valley. Millions of persons depend on groundwater, lakes, rivers, and streams to drink and farm.

There is also the industrial consideration to be deliberated.If these rescources are contaminated there is no homeland security only a mockery of justice and tyranny.Any culture begins at the individual level. Yes it would be very difficult to discern who smoked the first cigarette and radiated the behavior. What is discernable is that there are sworn officials who are capacited to ensure that our environment is clean and safe.In the United States the environment front is a sham with the concrete living space the unequivocable truth. I believe in global warming spending much of my summers in the high desert where 100+ degree days are normative and increasing. None of the last four presidential administrations have produced any legitimate effort in the face of widespread environmental despolation.

President Bush and his three predecessors have to be legally taken to the task Alan Greenspan has written a book critical about economics and war. War for profit is piracy. The economic paradigm is part of Strategic Security but also reflects the moral degradation of economics over philosophy.Has any economist calculated the damage from manufactuirng polluted goods. Sellng such to the Chinese only begs retaliation. The damage to United States prestige and corporate history has collasped into a strongman maker--taker posture.We are poor stewards of our environment and the rights that protect our living space as well as ourselves.

We are bankrupting the future as an informant nation.The charlatan posturing of the 2008 Presidential Candidates only focuses and higlights the oligolopical collusion of a Perfect Dictator.

It is my opinion that after 20 years of systematic human rights violations here in the USA, the very worst field of candidates for the presidency in history have emerged. I will for simplicity state only the major persons out of at least 19. Democrats:

The picure here is one of an emergent Perfect Dictator. The people will democratically choose for the poverty of words a kindler, gentler form of tyranny.The facts speak for themself. There is severe electronic surveillance, chemical assault, and arranging for the average person to harrass persons. Food, clothing, and living space are totally contaminated This does not yield a constitutional equilibrium, only a tyrant under a tyrant.

I will state succintly here the main reason for this unchecked event. A cell of LAPD members that are a gay militia have usurped power. The last four presidents and beyound are corrupt as their history proves. This cell of officers seek to avenge LGBT concerns. I am a lifelong heterosexual and this orientation clearly violates my beliefs.The sheer amount of ecological damage is stunning. California will bear the greatest damage. Delaware is perhaps next but is out of play. Arizona which is mostly desert has greater exposure but many areas are remote.Most of the persons in the USA, I posit about 80 percent will defect to this cell. I believe that there are no more than 30 main persons in this cell.I have been a human rights activist for over 10 years and can not fathom how these officers can believe that are accompishing any good.

This also begs the question as to why there is totalitarian censorship over the in continuo chemical assualt against myself and all life forms. The major NGOs and the major media will not cover this event which is also a purge. At this point in time I believe that at least the world should no the intent and reason why their future, life, limb, and property are being put at severe risk of a system of individuals both liberal and conservative who lack the CONSCIENCE to be the president.

My advice is for activists and the pubic to file complaints and put pressure on these charlatans and any federal, state, and local official that has jurisdictionYour future is at risk. What have you done for other's and your own behalf?

Senator Clinton in comments made in Portsmouth NH stated that one of her goals as president was to "work within the system"; and the other was not act like such does not exist. The system in question is the Constitution. Clinton is clearly signaling that she wishes to continue the White Lie begun by Reagan, continued by both Bush and her husband, and now highly escalated by President Bush.

The totalitarian isolation of myself clearly also is a successful attack on citizenship and the substantitive rights actually contained the Bill of Rights. Number 8 clearly states that "There shall be no cruel and unusual treatment."There is no rational manner to explain President Bush's misgivings or condone hers.

By using severe electronic surveillance, chemical assault, and arranging for the average person to harrass me, this country is no more than clamouring for the tyrant.

Hillary Clinton and her propaganda machinery headed by Doctor Howard Dean, have to rexamine their push for Universal Health Care. Is this because by abusing the Constitutional Rights of everyone they will be so sick and congenitively injured the government will have no remedy but free health services?

Is Senator Clinton a legitimate candidate or a wolf in sheep's clothing?

Al Gore is now High Priest of the environmental movement. I don't believe that any participants in this cult have thought it prudent to question his activities in the destruction of the environment.

I am in Big Pine CA. There is no uncontaminated surface water. The Owens River
is completely contaminated. The wheat field behind me is contaminated from the
water.

USA - Scorched Earth

The Systematic Scorched Earth in the United States allegedely has a United Kingdom origin. Some of the thinkers involved may even date back to the Victorian Era of the 1800s. It appears credible that members of Cambridge Law School had members during WWII that ok'd the most severe psychopathic elements as chemical assault , electronic surveillance, and harrassment.

I have been told that there are persons involved that provided the legal work for the dropping of the Atomic Bomb and of Dresden.Regardless of whom, it is clearly apparrent that the American Presidents of the past 20 years or the 2008 Presidential Candidates are not above blackmail or extortion. In America we are living under a dependent Vichy as the French did under the Nazi occupation also in WWII.

There is also the successfull implentation of a planned Stockholm Syndrome where the victims identify with their persecutors.This has not happened with me personally as I am being permitted to work and will confront the principles as seen on the sites given.Al Gore and his fraud on the environment comes to mind. I do not understand how even he can believe the delusion that he lives. I can understand how monied interests of Hollywood lept to give him an Oscar for an Inconvenient Truth.
