My name is Bhakta David Nollmeyer. I am writing you in the spirit of an amicus curiae. Since June 17, 1987 the 200th Anniversary year of the United States Constitution, I was alienated from legal protections under the Bill of Rights by a Gay Militia operating out of Los Angeles Police Department.

These actors claim that Cambridge Law School is the proximate cause sine qua non. The Strategic Mission of this attack was Gay Marriage. In this light my natural citizenship was used to attack the Constitution and then President Ronald Reagan.

The Authorship, allegedly homosexual lawyers and heterosexual Trinity College theologians, are War Crimes on the Run. These professors are the impritur of the expansion and contraction of the British Empire. This activity has always been the domain of Cambridge. In this instance for this leg of the operational line they have labelled themselves Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. This acronym has roots in the Mobilization for WWII and the Book of Moed, a festival book of the Talmud.

It appears that the Christians wished to expose War Crimes committed by the British but the lawyers did not. The result was an agreement to leak or expose the Structure and process over time. It is plausible that the Membership is guilty in the illegal murder of over 1 million persons historically.

MOEC claims to have a hub and node system based in every police station house worldwide. It is the most highly advanced Prisoner's Dilemma system in place in continuo.

This is a Holy Grail career path.

Currently the air, water, and all products manufactured in my vicinity are chemically contaminated while I am under Electronic Surveillance. There is a censorship and sanitization program in place that has created a Cultural Singularity or Blackout.

At this point every supranational regime as the United Nations and nation state should be concerned.

The primary interest of Israel, the Jewish Homeland is it's survival. It is overwhelming that a Chemical Assault - Scorch Earth program is emanating from the United States. The other nodes or Targets most likely yourself or others in Israel are fractals of the attack on myself.

The creation of Israel, East and West Pakistan, and the Six Day War are easily attributable to Cambridge Planning. The Islamic State is also falling into this category.
In the news bulletin Dabiq 9 the Islamic State discusses Shirk Conspiracy and methodologies that claim they are of the Khuffar meddlings.

The alter ego concept of a polarization between the LGBTi Movement and Jihadhi is compelling.

Oskar Groening 94, the Bookkeeper of Auschwitz - Birkenau was recently convicted for working at a deathcamp.

It is my claim that the surviving Nazis cut deals with MOEC to flee to South America and other locations, only to be tracked down later by Simon Wiesenthal Center.

The main alter ego is Joseph Stalin under the USSR. The Anglo American Oprichniki is based on the Russian model. Cartels as the Knights Templar and New Generation are nodes extended through LAPD and Scotland Yard through local police stations. The Islamic State smuggling and racketeering are similarly guided.

I am also claiming that Anne Frank was held under defection by MOEC. The materials that I am writing from are compelling and support this claim.

The goals of MOEC Studies are:

1. Seat a War Crimes Tribunal under International or National Jurisdiction based on the Nuremberg  Model

2. Create Educational Testing and exit exams and  for 6, 8, 12 year of prepatory school

3. Support employee Testing at least every three years.

Barack Obama was is the Singularity Target. Bhakta David Nollmeyer is the Singularity Experiment. The Birther Conspiracy is based on the fact that Obama was born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu Hawaii and I was born August 3, 1961.

Open Letter: Rep McKeon

The censored and sanitization of the United States since June 17, 1987 leaves a legacy of a lost generation that was born during a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. The strongest evidence posits that Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom are the proximate cause and authorship. This structure drives the Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm. It appears the expansion and contraction of the British Empire is responsible for very serious War Crimes, not the catastrophe in Inyo County and California.

The events concerning the Islamic State and Gay Marriage are focalized. MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization is no more to Cambridge than Inherent Resolve is to the United States. What is disturbing is that defection appears to be of the same origination.

Genocide As Theater

The United States, it's allies, and adversaries have all colluded since June 17, 1987 in censoring and sanitizing History. History is the Final Court. The killing off conscience of what is right or wrong would make the interpretation of civilization a moot point.

It took Rome slightly over 600 years to fall. Subsequently the rise of Christianity and Islam occurred. The Untied States dates to 1776. In under 250 years it's last five presidents are Irrationalist:

The United States will not be able to maintain the homosexual blackmail ring that has entangled the world in a Bayesian Gordian Knot. In the past week the Supreme Court denied writ of certiorari to seven Gay Marriage petitions. The lower Circuit Court of Appeals should be able to sustain Gay Marriage in 35 states.

The Ebola epidemic is over 8000 cases with 4000 deaths. One death occurred in Dallas, Texas.

These events are related to the Fall of the British Empire. Such a large structure is sucking the United States down with it.

The damage is CONCRETE and existential if your perspective adapts more easily to this terminology in human, environmental, and legal costs.

The event is radiating from California. So then, the local to global movement is predicated on destroying the human race from London, UK, Los Angeles, USA, and then outward through a hub and node system in every police agency worldwide.

Open Opposition To Historical Sanitization

The current structural shift of Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth necessitates that the president and other sworn officials of the United States have a sworn record of opposition and action against such. It is obvious that this has not happened. Pressure should be applied against the Obama administration with equal protection towards the preceding four presidents.

It is likely that the event will not last towards 2020.

The cover-up and sanitization may endure. This is why I argue that Barack Obama, by his birth age may be entrapped. He being 47 years of age places him in likely prosecution.

Alberto Fujimori has been convicted in Peru of crimes against humanity. This is the first time a democratically elected head of state has been convicted.

This is a notable event for the zeitgeist.

In Re: Patrick Finucane

Dear Mr Nollmeyer

Thank you for your correspondence of 31 March to the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in connection with the case of Patrick Finucane.   I have been asked to respond on his behalf.

Let me begin by saying that the murder of Mr Finucane  in 1989 was an outrageous crime which the Government condemns absolutely.

You ask the Government to "live up" to "promises to instigate a properly independent public inquiry into the killing of Patrick Finucane."   Our position remains that if there is to be a statutory inquiry into Mr Finucane's death the only way such an inquiry could take place is under the Inquiries Act 2005. The Inquiries Act is the only statutory basis for  all inquiries  because all the old legislation has been repealed.

The Government is clear that the Inquiries Act provides for fully independent and effective inquiries.

The Government has already established three of the public inquiries recommended by Judge Peter Cory . Importantly the judges chairing two of those -the Billy Wright and Robert Hamill inquiries - themselves asked the Government to apply the Inquiries Act because they felt that it would enable them to carry out their work more effectively. They are continuing to carry our robust and effective investigations under the terms of the Act . The Act has is also being used for a number of other inquiries currently taking place elsewhere in the UK.

A Finucane inquiry under the Inquiries Act would have full statutory powers to compel evidence and witnesses and the hearings, in Judge Cory's words, would be public   " to the extent possible " .  The independent Chairman would have full access to all the evidence and would see every witness and read every document.

The Inquiries Act 2005 also requires inquiry reports to be published. This was not the case under the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Act 1921, which has now been repealed.

The Government is currently in correspondence with the Finucane family's legal representatives about the basis on which any inquiry would be established.  Once these discussions have included we will need to take a decision on the way forward .

I am sending this small memo out to persons who I believe have an interest in Gaudiya Vaishnavism at a legal, historical, and personal level. The United States government is condoning what had historically been localized chemical assaults into what is now a FULL BLOWN SCORCHED EARTH. Since February of 2007 surface water  as large as the Colorado River, Owens River, and Salton Sea in California have been chemically contaminated. This was code named Radhanatha as a poison in the well tactic against an ISKCON diksa guru of this name.

I am an independent ritvik. I have spent over $20,000 on over 26 federal lawsuits against the United States Government, Delaware State Police and ISKCON. The later involves New Raman Reti. I have signed a release against those parties which  I will  honor.

The most pressing issue is the chemical assault. New Raman Reti was desecrated. The concrete factual basis of what chemical exposure will do to the evolutionary biology of human and other species is imperative an may dictate the outcome. I am a conspiracy theorist. I will totally posit the pump and dump recession we are in is a prisoner's dilemma mechanism of the United Kingdom. In The Bhagavad Gita Drupadi was married into several brothers on the side of Arjuna in the Pandavas. This practice is to conserve property in the family.

A tactic of marginalization of equity creates class stratification and holds down individuals and firms with low equity. Hence if one had 100 million dollars and a competitor had 10 million dollars in the impure economy, it is a probability that the first party would consider spending 20 million dollars to eliminate the competitor. One would consider why not just buy out that party if there is benefit.

There is Malthusian Autarky consideration that borders on a fascist pre-genocidal tendency. It is more closer to the mentality of criminal drug dealers or perhaps Saddam Hussein's sons who will fight to the end rather than turn themselves in.

I have legally claimed that LAPD is running this Chemical Assault. They are avenging LGBTi history.

I am asking you for your help regardless of your position. on LGBTi.  If you were connected to New Raman Reti or other ISKCON temples and this event breaks you will likely get subpoenaed.

Dear Senator Carper

There has been almost 22 years of in continuo Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth in the United States since you were Governor of Delaware in June of 1987. I have continually claimed as I do now that the Delaware State Police are still involved in this attack. This now degrades Homeland Security as well as the constitution which you have sworn to uphold.

I am stating a fortiori that I AM THE MAIN OPPOSOTION THINKER AND LEADER OF THIS EVENT OF CHEMICAL ASSAULT - SCORCHED EARTH.

Not only is the United States severely damaged but individual performers from Delaware and their families will most likely suffer adversity from the lack of courage in opposing in forces that seek to destroy and or damage this country.

Superintendent Ellingsworth and Captain Marvel are two figures from your years as Governor will be focalized.

I am stating that this is a Hate Crime based on religion and sexual orientation. I am a heterosexual ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada or a Hare Krishna. There is a reformation of sorts ongoing and lawsuits and allegations of  de facto acts incurring on all sides. I am also a supporter of Proposition 8 here in California that bans Gay Marriage and is under review.

The Salton Sea is chemically destroyed here as has been the Owens River and Lake Almanor to name a few of the water systems that have been fully attacked.

Your history as a public servant is mythology. LAPD has cells of officers who wish to avenge their LGBTi history but have done no more than attack such. Their folly leaves their communities history and identity damaged and uncertain. You are sworn to act and gave the color of authority under federal code. There is a lack of moral and political will that is concretely demonstrable in the escalation and expansion of one the worst acts in human history.

Over the past seven years, a new Department of Homeland Security has been created. The military, the intelligence community, and the FBI have been transformed. Our nation is equipped with new tools to monitor the terrorists’ movements, freeze their finances, and break up their plots. And with strong allies at our side, we have taken the fight to the terrorists and those who support them. Afghanistan has gone from a nation where the Taliban harbored al Qaeda and stoned women in the streets to a young democracy that is fighting terror and encouraging girls to go to school. Iraq has gone from a brutal dictatorship and a sworn enemy of America to an Arab democracy at the heart of the Middle East and a friend of the United States. There is legitimate debate about many of these decisions. But there can be little debate about the results. America has gone more than seven years without another terrorist attack on our soil. This is a tribute to those who toil day and night to keep us safe - law enforcement officers, intelligence analysts, homeland security and diplomatic personnel, and the men and women of the United States Armed Forces. Our nation is blessed to have citizens who volunteer to defend us in this time of danger. I have cherished meeting these selfless patriots and their families. America owes you a debt of gratitude. Republican and Democratic Party Corruption

A plausible reason for the disintegration of nation-states and cultures is that such become dependent to the forces of social control i.e. The military and the police. This work is reflected in the work of Durkheim.

In this consideration I would ban both the Republican and Democratic parties. Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush have committed severe abuses under this party’s banner. William Clinton has done likewise as a Democrat. It appears that Barack Obama will contribute to the United States decline if all remains constant six days hence.

The Nazi Party is banned in some nations in Europe. I ardently support this well though out and deliberate conclusion. Forces of irrationalism and power historically have beaten down the average person without recognition and justice. Present instances include Darfur where even public awareness does not translate into any movement to guarantee lives while political forces ramble onward and armed militias destroy life.

In the United States my analysis sees that even the powerful wish and end to the abuses of the last four presidents which form a Perfect Dictatorship. Corporate entities are willing to sustain heavy losses to dispose of Republican abuse even if legislatively the party is more corporate friendly.

Barack Obama appears more charmed by fired up crowds than the nihilism he ignores in show bottle intellectual exhibitions. He is neglecting the power realities and using blind faith that the corrupt security apparatus will not turn on him as it has the entire country.

Regardless of who the next president is the Republican and Democratic Parties are corrupt and negligent.

Kazakh's Krishna Society Threatened With New Court Cases

As an effort to resolve the conflict caused by the destruction of 26 homes and confiscation of 116 acres of property of the Society for Krishna Consciousness the Kazakhstan government has continually offered unsuitable land plots.

The latest offer has been 10 acres of a landfill/garbage dump in Illi District, Almaty Province.

The directors of the Krishna Society have repeatedly expressed their willingness to cooperate with government authorities to resolve this conflict. But, they have expressed that they cannot accept an active garbage dump, which does not have drinking water or water for irrigation, as a satisfying resolve.

The chairman of the Krishna Society was informed on June 17, 2008 that the government has officially allotted this parcel of land despite the Krishna Society not having agreed to accept the plot.

In a telephone conversation with the Deputy Hakim of Almaty Province, Serik Mukanov, the officials of the Krishna Society were warned that failure to comply to this order could result in the loss of the Temple building and barn which the society still occupies in Karasai District. The deputy Hakim stated that he would contact the Karasai District government with the instruction that they resolve the issue.

The Karasai District government oversaw anti-Krishna media broadcasts, opened court cases against the society, oversaw the demolition of homes of the community members, and has had the 116 acres of community land returned to the land reserve of the district.

The pretence for the confiscation of the 116 acres is that forgery was committed in the original sales and purchase agreement. To date there has no ruling that forgery took place.

The farm of the Krishna Society was legally purchased and privatized by the society. It is presently valued as a multi-million dollar property. The farm was the main center of the Krishna religion in Kazakhstan and central Asia.

Many families were displaced by the demolitions that took place during the winter of 2006 and summer of 2007. Despite requests by OSCE, the American government, and the International Helsinki Foundation, the Kazakh government offered no humanitarian aid or compensation to the families following the destruction.

The Krishna Society has been featured in recent television reports against non-traditional religions in Kazakhstan. The latest wave of anti-sect media propaganda has intensified as the Kazakh government is reviewing controversial amendments to the religious laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Human rights observers have stated that the amendments would be in gross violation of international standards of freedom of religion and belief.

Welcome Back My Friends...

The vice presidential candidate of Joe Biden of Delaware adds greater emphasis to the leadership vacuum. Delaware and Arizona are among the four most hardest hit states during the chemical assault which began in Delaware on June 17, 1987.

I have a modest amount of correspondence with both McCain and Biden on the undeclared attack on this country. I stuffed envelopes for Biden in his 1972 campaign. He is an alumnus of Rodney Village, a working class neighborhood of average persons and military personnel.

I was born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, NM. The amount of tragedy from this neighborhood is immense. Person's who lived in this neighborhood die at an astonishing rate. Biden lived on Nathaniel Mitchell Drive. I lived ABOUT FIVE HOUSE AWAY. His wife and infant were killed just after his election. Charles Hagadorn who lived a few houses away was killed in the third degree. Preston Gravatt, Mark Hoster, Pam Tiedgen, Michael Mimelo, and Kim Inverso have committed suicide. The first three lived only houses away from Biden. Thomas Schiller, Ann Polanski, and Carl Baltrusch have been killed in auto accidents. Preston Gravatt was the driver of a vehicle in which Mrs. Gladden of Rodney Village died.

If one were to go to the adjacent neighborhood Mayfair, Phil Moore has died in a motorcycle accident. Recently a Blake Cahall, Blake Cahall whose father taught me drive as a DE teacher, had a daughter who was involved in an accident with six fatalities. Gary Kueskeski's father was a federal agent who drowned in the Delaware Bay while attempting to inspect a cargo vessel. Ann Wiezoreck was married to Calvin Eicko. He died in an accident. She married Mark Hoster who comitted suicide. To return to Rodney Village, David Laurea was convicted of the murder by arson death of his wife, child, and friends death in a house perhaps four away. He was put to death by lethal injection.

I have sued the Delaware State Police in a habeas corpus action stating that then Officer Shaner was an accomplice in permitting three persons to target shoot. One of the individuals was killed by the shotgun in question. The shotgun was brandished against me at an earlier date. Shaner was present the day I stuffed envelopes. Thomas Schiller brought me to the Biden Campaign. I am not sure if I met Joe Biden's wife that evening.

There are a few more fatalities. I apologize for my any incorrect spelling of names. I was known by all the parties mentioned.

This is the Moment...

The month of July will be remembered in human rights history for several reasons. Serbian strongman Radovan Karadzic was finally detained in Belgrade. This psychologist turned alternative healer has been deemed culpable for the Srebrenica Massacre of 1995. Over 8,000 Muslim men and youths were systematically killed in Bosnia.

International International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Presiding Judge Theodor Meron stating:
By seeking to eliminate a part of the Bosnian Muslims [Bosniaks], the Bosnian Serb forces committed genocide. They targeted for extinction the forty thousand Bosnian Muslims living in Srebrenica, a group which was emblematic of the Bosnian Muslims in general. They stripped all the male Muslim prisoners, military and civilian, elderly and young, of their personal belongings and identification, and deliberately and methodically killed them solely on the basis of their identity.[9]

Here in Westwood, California where I have been since May 9, 2008 a very severe scorched earth campaign is underway against me. The surface water in all the major lakes is chemically contaminated. Food in stores is contaminated from factories and shipped around me. I am chemically contaminated as all the clothing I can touch has been sprayed by the police and agents. A very serious epistemological attack has been made to poison all that I can see, hear, taste, smell, and touch. This has been ongoing since June 17, 1987 the 200th birthday of the United States Constitution.

I am exactly one day senior in age to Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell New Mexico.

Barack is living in a bubble that is parallel to the isolation of myself that has created the world’s most successful censorship. Barack Obama is a strawman as a leader. The Brandenburg Gate has been a backdrop to the famous and the infamous.
