In my last memo I mentioned a Captain Marvel of the Delaware State Police who may have traveled to your mayor's office from Berkeley. This would be in 1986 spring. This was the staging of the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth.

In review there was also heard a discussion that you would be the Queen's Gambit in this operation. There was a discussion regarding individuals who record video messages accusing persons of their homicides before they occur.

As soon as I can find the software I will record youtube videos giving authorized statements regarding this traitorous event against the human race and the United States. This is is where your role as the Queen's Gambit occurs. You should take this very seriously as this is what LAPD, who is attacking with chemicals has referred to you as.

Under prisoner's dilemma cooperation would be adhering to the United States Constitution. Defection would mean following the orders of LAPD who are de facto.

I am in the same position that Ernesto Rosenberg was in. I do not see myself living 10 more years.

I am running a fever from the chemicals that are on my clothes, food, and in the air here in Big Pine, California. I had to jump into the Owens River Canal to cool down. It is completely contaminated and is used to supply drinking water for the City of Los Angeles. This becomes even more complicated with H1N1. I probably have the flu but fever has occurred before.

LAPD is LGBti and I am a cradle to grave heterosexual. LAPD has an irrational defense mechanism that is delusional. They operate on the premise that if they damaged the legal standing of Ronald Reagan than they will be heroes in LGBTi locations as San Francisco. I agree that this IS ACCURATE in part only.

THIS ALSO MEANS THAT GEORGE H.W. BUSH, WILLIAM CLINTON, GEORGE W. BUSH, AND BARACK OBAMA ARE ALSO GUILTY.

I will simply state that I view your performance as a sworn official in California as illegal and punishable by law. You have substantial contributions to the Gay Community that you undertook with peril to your own career.

What has a Gay Militancy run out of Homeland Security done for you? You should ask this of Janet Napolitano and William Bratton.

They have destroyed your legacy and family history as they have destroyed my life and who knows how many more.

open Letter To Sen. Carper – DE

Dear Senator Carper

There has been almost 22 years of in continuo Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth in the United States since you were Governor of Delaware in June of 1987. I have continually claimed as I do now that the Delaware State Police are still involved in this attack. This now degrades Homeland Security as well as the constitution which you have sworn to uphold.

I am stating a fortiori that I AM THE MAIN OPPOSOTION THINKER AND LEADER OF THIS EVENT OF CHEMICAL ASSAULT - SCORCHED EARTH.

Not only is the United States severely damaged but individual performers from Delaware and their families will most likely suffer adversity from the lack of courage in opposing in forces that seek to destroy and or damage this country.

Superintendent Ellingsworth and Captain Marvel are two figures from your years as Governor will be focalized.

I am stating that this is a Hate Crime based on religion and sexual orientation. I am a heterosexual ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada or a Hare Krishna. There is a reformation of sorts ongoing and lawsuits and allegations of  de facto acts incurring on all sides. I am also a supporter of Proposition 8 here in California that bans Gay Marriage and is under review.

The Salton Sea is chemically destroyed here as has been the Owens River and Lake Almanor to name a few of the water systems that have been fully attacked.

Your history as a public servant is mythology. LAPD has cells of officers who wish to avenge their LGBTi history but have done no more than attack such. Their folly leaves their communities history and identity damaged and uncertain. You are sworn to act and gave the color of authority under federal code. There is a lack of moral and political will that is concretely demonstrable in the escalation and expansion of one the worst acts in human history.

Open Letter to Barbara Boxer

Dear Sen. Boxer

I am writing you to confront Attorney General Holder, and you over RACISM  and my ongoing alienation of civil rights.

AG Holder has made comments that America lacks the courage to discuss or confront racism. I have made over 26 federal lawsuits based on the Civil Rights Act attempting to remedy a systematic CHEMICAL SCORCHED EARTH ATTACK against the United States. Eric Holder has done nothing as an assistant attorney general under Bill Clinton or now under Barack Obama.

You have a home in Rancho Mirage. According to the Sunday issue of The Desert Sun you met with their editorial staff to discuss revitalizing the Salton Sea.

Gay Irrationalism/Gay Fascism has destroyed your career and my life.

The Salton Sea is chemically despoiled by a Gay Militancy run out of LAPD. The Delaware State Police are onboard as onlookers, not HEROES as AG Holder suggests.

The GAY MARRIAGE issue has this bogus militancy embedded within such. I am arguing strongly from the spiritual conservative side here and have done so rationally emailing over 75 officials on this chemical scorched earth and gay marriage. I have supported Proposition 8 in California.

The chemical assault is debilitating. I follow my religious faith as a Hare Krishna. This is a HATE CRIME to Eric Holder’s strawman photo presentation.

Mary Bono, Barack Obama, and myself are all 47 years of age. They have a logical chance of being criminally prosecuted. The estates of all Congressional officials from the 100th Congress onward are under civil scrutiny and tort law. The counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, Inyo, Mono, Lassen, Plumas, and Shasta are facing the brunt of this onslaught with Los Angeles, and Kern next.

This is issue of GAY IRRATIONALISM/GAY FASCISM is not a joke. As persons become deeply implicated they become know nothings, 2+2=3. Extortion, blackmail, and violence occurs and no one hears, sees, or speaks anything.

It is a clear unambiguous fact that Barack Obama is acting as President of the United States signing one of the largest pieces of legislation ever today. Obama and the leadership of both parties are clearly negligent in NOT RECOGNIZING A CHEMICAL SCORCHED EARTH ATTACK ON THE UNITED STATES. They form a Perfect Dictatorship of democratically elected tyranny.

THIS IS BEING PERFORMED UNDER THE BANNER OF GAY IRRATIONALISM-GAY FASCISM.

THIS IS A VIRULENT STRAIN OF ANTI-INTELLECTUAL PHILOSOPHY. RECENTLY I BELIEVE THAT THE OLDEST OF BARACK OBAMA’S CHILDREN STATED THAT SHE WISHED TO WRITE HER BOOK REPORTS FROM ABRAHAM’S LINCOLN’S DESK IN THE LINCOLN ROOM.

MY REQUEST IS THAT SHE WRITE HER BOOK REPORT ON ME. I AM ONE DAY OLDER THAN HER FATHER. Barack has assembled a staff of Hillary Clinton, Joseph Biden, and Janet Napolitano. All these persons are from backgrounds and jurisdictions that are the most severely affected. The addition of yourself and Harry Reid complement this polarization.

This is totally absurd as I have contacted over 75 lawmakers at various levels over the past 13 years advocating heterosexual marriage. I have contacted you also here on Proposition 8 in California which I continue to support.

You are the first woman Speaker of the House. You should be deeply concerned with misogyny or the hatred of woman. I have enumerated to you and the California contingency over the damage to the emerging corps of female public officials.

I have over 26 federal lawsuits attempting to open criminal prosecutions to halt this attack on this country. It is obvious also that I act to save what is left of my own life.

I only present this information knowing that the federal court will only entertain a minimum of religious content, hence this is a HATE CRIME. ALL MY RELIGIOUS PRACTICES ARE LEGAL. I DO NOT USE DRUGS, ALCOHOL, MARIJUANA, GAMBLE, ENGAGE IN ILLICIT SEX (THIS INCLUDES LGBT BEHAVIOR).

I PREFER BEING A STRICT LACTO VEGETARIAN BUT THESE FOODS ARE THE FIRST CHOICE FOR CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION.

The Salton Sea area will be a lightning rod for refuting the Red Herring and as well as the chemical assault. I will promote these facts throughout Congress and to other agencies and competent authorities.

Open Letter to Gov. Schwarzenegger

Dear Governor

Since you have assumed office as Governor of California you have stressed only fiscal management of this state.

There is an escalated CHEMICAL ASSAULT ongoing here in California and as well as nationwide.

Your legal responsibilities are foremost protecting the PRIMARY RIGHTS of the citizens. Small chemical assaults have been placed over genealogies of various individuals, ideas, and external objects as food clothing and shelter. The most severe TARGET natural person is my self. As other persons attempt to assist me they to run the risk of being incorporated into this RICO styled corruption.

The event is being carried out by cell(s) of GAY MILITANTS within LAPD. MUTUAL AID violations therefore originate within this state.

Regardless you should have and still should act overtly by using EMERGENCY POWERS OF THE GOVENOR.

The SALTON SEA IS completely contaminated as is most of the food, clothing and shelter.

As for reproduction I have staunchly opposed GAY MARRIAGE. In California this would be support of PROPOSITION 8.

Prisoner's Dilemma and Market Crashes

The Crash in the stock markets of Mid September 2008 is the work of Cambridge Law School. Many Illuminati theories hold that various clicks of banking families control banking. In degree STATE PLANNING IS AT HAND NOT SECTOR PLANNING.

If one considers the analogy of product dumping one can understand aspects of AUTARKY and who wins or loses hence gains a marginal benefit for an entry into the market. 

The Japanese have used a comparative advantage in labor in electronics and automotives to produce large quantities of product for export. Against the United States the profit margin is smaller and the imports are more adapted to demographics. Protectionist barriers limit the entry of vehicles into their domestic market. 

As the original competitors lose market share even the dumpers may lose. The weak are forced out of business. The same tactic has been used with avocados grown in Mexico and exported to this country.

Even the largest banks as Citi and Bank of America are losing capital but they are also getting a chance to drive out rivals and take their share of the market with a possible 3 to five year hold for their scavenging.

In degree there is an UNRECOGNIZED SCORCHED EARTH THAT THE UNITED STATES that is also confounding sycophants who hear, see, and speak no evil.

Hillary Takes the Stage

Hillary Clinton takes to the stage of the Democratic Convention to help define her mythology and thus create a strawman to protect the legacy of husband president Bill Clinton. The last four Irrationalist Presidents have thrown the country under the bus, and we now await anointing of the next idol to steer toward the abyss of the Doomsday Hellhole.

Bill Clinton to his credit used international multilateralism to intervene in Bosnia to shutdown the Serbian War Machine. In an act of impotence he did not bomb the smithereens out of the Srebrenica genocide machinery. People count not buildings and infrastructure in the long term.

Michelle Obama in her sermon last evening stated “We want our children in this nation - to know the only limit to the height of your achievements is the reach of your dreams and your willingness to work for them.”

Our children hopefully will learn the concrete power realities of our current history - a well planned Orwellian Chemical Assault that began in the Ronald Reagan era. 

Hillary Clinton hopes to accent the aperture of the American Woman as head of state. Margaret Thatcher at 84 now suffers from dementia as did Ronald Reagan who also died a freeman without any accountability for this time period.

Hillary Clinton most likely will not use her time at the Democrat Convention to oppose the abuse of persons in America. She may attempt to define her arrival to the pinnacle of American Politics with a staged role call of the delegates which she stops to entrench support for Barack Obama in what is a very close electoral battle with John McCain.

Currently in the American zeitgeist - The fox sees the snares and the lion scares away the foxes - Machiavelli.

Unfortunately this duplicity is being learned from the underside of the campaign bus.

Welcome Back My Friends...

The vice presidential candidate of Joe Biden of Delaware adds greater emphasis to the leadership vacuum. Delaware and Arizona are among the four most hardest hit states during the chemical assault which began in Delaware on June 17, 1987.

I have a modest amount of correspondence with both McCain and Biden on the undeclared attack on this country. I stuffed envelopes for Biden in his 1972 campaign. He is an alumnus of Rodney Village, a working class neighborhood of average persons and military personnel.

I was born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, NM. The amount of tragedy from this neighborhood is immense. Person's who lived in this neighborhood die at an astonishing rate. Biden lived on Nathaniel Mitchell Drive. I lived ABOUT FIVE HOUSE AWAY. His wife and infant were killed just after his election. Charles Hagadorn who lived a few houses away was killed in the third degree. Preston Gravatt, Mark Hoster, Pam Tiedgen, Michael Mimelo, and Kim Inverso have committed suicide. The first three lived only houses away from Biden. Thomas Schiller, Ann Polanski, and Carl Baltrusch have been killed in auto accidents. Preston Gravatt was the driver of a vehicle in which Mrs. Gladden of Rodney Village died.

If one were to go to the adjacent neighborhood Mayfair, Phil Moore has died in a motorcycle accident. Recently a Blake Cahall, Blake Cahall whose father taught me drive as a DE teacher, had a daughter who was involved in an accident with six fatalities. Gary Kueskeski's father was a federal agent who drowned in the Delaware Bay while attempting to inspect a cargo vessel. Ann Wiezoreck was married to Calvin Eicko. He died in an accident. She married Mark Hoster who comitted suicide. To return to Rodney Village, David Laurea was convicted of the murder by arson death of his wife, child, and friends death in a house perhaps four away. He was put to death by lethal injection.

I have sued the Delaware State Police in a habeas corpus action stating that then Officer Shaner was an accomplice in permitting three persons to target shoot. One of the individuals was killed by the shotgun in question. The shotgun was brandished against me at an earlier date. Shaner was present the day I stuffed envelopes. Thomas Schiller brought me to the Biden Campaign. I am not sure if I met Joe Biden's wife that evening.

There are a few more fatalities. I apologize for my any incorrect spelling of names. I was known by all the parties mentioned.

One lesson to be learned is DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.

Beau Biden, is now Attorney General of Delaware.

Barack Obama, Joseph Biden, and Beau Biden should resign from office. None are prepared to lead.

Wakeup and Die

Aleksandr Solzenhenitsyn has died August 3, 2008 in Russia. I spent the day acknowledging my 47th birthday. I have not seen any comments from Barack Obama or John McCain. I read his book The Gulag Archpileago in the tenth grade in Dover High School. It was interesting that the Capitol School District made one also read The Good Earth, Pearl S. Buck and Caesar Rodney High School gave 1984 and Animal Farm, George Orwell to task. In degree, what Solzenhnitsyn did no say in his life he can help indirectly by being dearly departed to add focus on the American School of The Perfect Dictator.

In the long run we're all dead.

Aleksandr Isayevich Solzhenitsyn  Russian: Алекса́ндр Иса́евич Солжени́цын, Russian pronunciation (December 11, 1918 – August 3, 2008)  was a Russian novelist, dramatist and historian. Through his writings, he made the world aware of the Gulag, the Soviet labour camp system, and for these efforts, Solzhenitsyn was both awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1970 and exiled from the Soviet Union in 1974. He returned to Russia in 1994. That year, he was elected as a member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in the Department of Language and Literature. He was the father of Ignat Solzhenitsyn, a well-known conductor and pianist. He died at home after years of declining health on August 3, 2008.

During World War II, he served as the commander of an artillery unit in the Red Army, was involved in major action at the front, and was twice decorated. In February 1945, while serving in East Prussia, he was arrested for writing a derogatory comment in a letter to a friend, N. D. Utkevich, about the conduct of the war by Josef Stalin, whom he called "the whiskered one", "Khozyain" (The Master) and "Balabos", (Odessa Yiddish for "boss").[11] He was accused of anti-Soviet propaganda under Article 58 of the Soviet criminal code, paragraph 10, and of "founding a hostile organisation" under paragraph 11. Solzhenitsyn was taken to the Lubyanka prison in Moscow, where he was beaten and interrogated. On 7 July 1945, he was sentenced in his absence by a three-man tribunal of the Soviet security police (NKGB) to an eight-year term in a labour camp, to be followed by permanent internal exile. This was the normal sentence for most crimes under Article 58 at the time.

The first part of Solzhenitsyn's sentence was served in several different work camps; the "middle phase," as he later referred to it, was spent in a sharashka, special scientific research facilities run by Ministry of State Security, where he met Lev Kopelev, paragon of Lev Rubin in his book The First Circle, published in the West in 1968. In 1950, he was sent to a "Special Camp" for political prisoners. During his imprisonment at the camp in the town of Ekibastuz in Kazakhstan, he worked as a miner, bricklayer, and foundryman. His experiences at Ekibastuz formed the basis for the book One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich. While there he had a tumor removed, although his cancer was not then diagnosed.

From March 1953, Solzhenitsyn began a sentence of internal exile for life at Kok-Terek in southern Kazakhstan. His undiagnosed cancer spread, until, by the end of the year, he was close to death. However, in 1954, he was permitted to be treated in a hospital in Tashkent, where he was cured. These experiences became the basis of his novel Cancer Ward and also found an echo in the short story "The right hand". It was during this decade of imprisonment and exile that Solzhenitsyn abandoned Marxism and developed the philosophical and religious positions of his later life; this turn has some interesting parallels to Dostoevsky's time in Siberia and his quest for faith a hundred years earlier. Solzhenitsyn gradually turned into a philosophically-minded man in prison. He repented for what he did as a Red Army captain and in prison compared himself with the perpetrators of the Gulag ("I remember myself in my captain's shoulder boards and the forward march of my battery through East Prussia, enshrouded in fire, and I say: 'So were we any better?'") His transformation is described at some length in the fourth part of The Gulag Archipelago ("The Soul and Barbed Wire").

During his years of exile, and following his reprieve and return to European Russia, Solzhenitsyn was, while teaching at a secondary school during the day, spending his nights secretly engaged in writing. In his Nobel Prize acceptance speech he wrote, "during all the years until 1961, not only was I convinced I should never see a single line of mine in print in my lifetime, but, also, I scarcely dared allow any of my close acquaintances to read anything I had written because I feared this would become known."
