The Totality of Circumstances

The correct legal test when a citizen confronts one’s state is the Totality of Circumstances. Here since I have been the focal target of a Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth program in the United States that is still not recognized I have to call into recognition the abuse of Barack Obama, Janet Napolitano, and Eric Holder. As seen prima facie the president, homeland secretary, and attorney general are de facto and negligent as the abuse in Blythe CA – Ehrenberg AZ along the Colorado River escalates as the United States undergoes severe tensions with Iran and Cartel activity in Mexico. The Colorado River was openly contaminated in 2007. Forty seven thousand persons have been killed since this date.

The activity continues to be run from LAPD by a Male Gay Militia. As seen I have no primary right protection under the Bill of Rights.

My religious protections as a Gaudiya Vaishnava (Hare Krishna Movement) are being alienated by a double bind circular folly run by MSM male same sex male police officers.

I have openly supported Proposition 8 in California. I have been straightforward and polite with both Senator Boxer and you on this issue.

Here these officers are proposing that if I do not wish to Gay Marriage with Lesbians, (really bisexuals) than I am either transgendered, bisexual, or a gay male. I have reversed the order as most people do not understand what transgendered is. Here in it’s simplest form it describes one whose gender identity is the opposite of one’s biological body.

Since I am a happy heterosexual male and am very confident in it’s simplicity, I am happy with my opposite sex orientation.

In continuation the absurd speech patterns that are presented by these officers is abusive. Remember that there is an in continuo Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth, it is stated that I support Hrdayanada das goswami (Howard Resnick Jr.). This is ISKCON diksa guru supports Gay Monogamy which is prohibited by ISKCON. The other issue is that I support David Bruce Hughes or Gaurahari Dasanudas Babaji an independent guru. David Bruce Hughes has been exposed again for having formed a bondage sex club with his disciples. He claims such is benefitting their spiritual life.

In Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, or the Vedic tradition this is total nonsense.

These Gay Militia officers believe that I will be too ashamed to expose this ruse and it’s redundant circular folly.

The American citizens and the world deserve to know why the United States is operating a Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth while confronting Iran on a nuclear program.

It is a conflict between a HETEROSEXUAL HARE KRISHNA AND HOMOSEXUAL GAY MILITANTS.

I WILL NEVER DELIEVER SEXUAL BLACKMAIL OR EXTORTION TO THOSE AGENTS OPERATING A SAME SEX YELLOW BRICK ROAD.

Anything this operation gives to one is despoiled in a Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth.

Obama recently held a lavish party in California while the Colorado River Valley was under attack.

Mitt Romney and the Republican do not seem interested in protecting America either.

As the senior senator from this state nearing the end of your career you should act and save more persons from health and prosperity injuries.

The Totality of Circumstances

 

The Totality of Circumstances is the correct jurisprudential test when the Court decides an issue when the issue concerns the individual versus state. This is one of the archetypical problems in western political science. What is unique is that conservatives have always supported a restrained or limited form of state.

In the Iowa Caucus won by Mitt Romney, the sanitization of police state actions was not permitted by proxy and complicity. Obama is on vacation.

The Colorado River at Blythe CA – Ehrenberg AZ is chemically despoiled.

I do not see how Obama or the Republican candidates can eternally perpetuate a disgrace of this magnitude.

This event is Gay Irrationalism – Gay Know Nothing. Some may argue it as a rogue extremism as there is no intellectual basis for what is occurring other than survival and destruction.

I am a heterosexual male and have been for 50 years. I am one day older than Barack Obama.

I am alienated from my Bill of Rights protections because I am heterosexual male and support this position in contrast to LGBTi (the i stands for intersex, which I prefer to LGBT).

The polarization pits the individual against one’s government and head of state.

As the trajectory moves forward blackmailing and extorting persons as informants escalates.

My clothing, air, and food are TOTALLY DESPOLIED.

If one citizen loses their rights then everyone will.

New Fascism is different than Fascism. now democracy is the catalyst for tyranny where despotism can be legitimized at the ballot box. The disgrace is to the British and the United States for playing the sanitization game.

Dr. Britt’s comparison of mainly Italian and Spanish Fascism lends itself as a template to the emergent New Fascism that is emerging from the United States. This activity appears to have been socially engineered by Cambridge Law School, UK. It appears they have easily blackmailed and extorted the United States Presidents from Reagan to Obama.

The Republican 2012 candidates appear eager to sanitize what is occurring to disguise their histories.

I will give some developmental comments over what has occurred in my perceptions since June 17, 1987.

1. Powerful and Continuing Nationalism - Fascist regimes tend to make constant use of patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs, and other paraphernalia. Flags are seen everywhere, as are flag symbols on clothing and in public displays.

This has not been seen directly but there is a direct attack on American Exceptionalism and Patriotism. Since this activity is designed within treason the absence of any patriots is ambiguous. North Korea alternatively is using tactics to attempt to unify control over their citizens.

2. Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights - Because of fear of enemies and the need for security, the people in fascist regimes are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of "need." The people tend to look the other way or even approve of torture, summary executions, assassinations, long incarcerations of prisoners, etc.

The issue here is that Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch appear to be informant based only seeing what is told or ordered to them. A Chemical Assault – Scorche Earth program based over one citizen out of 313 million persons directly proves cronyism.

3. Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause - The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial , ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists, etc.

Here I am heterosexual male and have been such for over 50 years. This event is a sexual blackmail and extortion event. Rights are obtained by defection for performing same sex activity. Homosexuality is equivalent to LGBTi or Lesbian – Gay – Bisexual - Transgendered – intersex.

Transgendered persons believe they are trapped in the opposite body of their gender identity.

So this activity is being driven by MSM or male same sex male police officers from LAPD CA.

5. Rampant Sexism - The governments of fascist nations tend to be almost exclusively male-dominated. Under fascist regimes, traditional gender roles are made more rigid. Divorce, abortion and homosexuality are suppressed and the state is represented as the ultimate guardian of the family institution.

See the explanation supra. Here there is an inverted case where reverse discrination from LGBTi persons are attacking heterosexuals. If you are same sex you are attacked with a lesser chemical assault. Since I am purely heterosexual the Bill of Rights has been suspended for me. My loss of citizenship means everyone will lose a fractal amount of their rights to destroy United States and United Kingdom legitimacy.

The ending of the year has also brought with it the beginning of the 2012 Presidential Campaign. I perceive such as farce. Human rights and the environment are heavily despoiled. The economy is poor with such down 4.8% just for Thanksgiving’s Week. Black Friday spending is robust but it too soon to state if shopper’s spent any money.

Overall neither Obama nor the Republican pretenders to the presidency will address the real issued of Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth even though this is the most important issue.

The future has been taxed and mortgaged at a loss to the insurer of last resort again the government.

The population is antisocial and will have to accept the concrete history of condoning and participating in treason.

Technological expertise will enter into the courtroom in force with criminal prosecution and toxic torts. I am sure there will be direct liability claims that will bankrupt may concerns.

This will also impact sham academia.

The blackmail and extortion that is used to perpetuate impunity through prisoner’s dilemma has ensnared many prominent sworn persons.

Journalism has been the handmaiden of totalitarianism.

The United States should have known better to lay it’s treasures across the earth.

This is prima facie. Those persons who support the Democrats and Republicans can blame yourself in part for strenghtening the hand of the wrongdoer.

The sheer amount of intellectual and academic fraud is a catastrophe for creating and sense of credibility. The so-called cost of an education has spiraled out of control. Textbooks in the USA are $200 each and four your schools and they are sanitized of the real history.

Just as the president has lead a fictious life these academic intellects are dependent on totalitarianism to maintain their output and professional lives.

Systems: From An Approach to Theory

Social Systems Approaches have now emerged to the extent that their unity can lead to a presentation of Systems thinking as a theory which has a model which can be tested for validity and refinement (Anderson and Carter 1999). This emergence from a more interdisciplinary approach focuses the convergence of thought in the social sciences. Considering that this conceptualization has occurred since the last 35 years (1975), and after June 17, 1987, the concerned academics, students, and third parties have to view the implications of the serious Constitutional breakdown in the United States and the Universal System which is run by the United Nations. There is very little doubt that MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization was modeled within Systems. The name is derived from the Book of Moed from the Talmud. Such gives the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth a genuine name which is not subject to labeling from third parties. This will also implicate the president, homeland security secretary, and attorney general of the United States and their equivalents in the United Kingdom.

The universal perspective postulates that Cambridge University lawyers are th Origin and proximate cause sine qua non. This event has been handed off to LAPD in California. Within the United States LAPD holds the distinction of first principal. Hence if by a test the president was removed this event would continue under the direction of LAPD. This test holds true for the homeland secretary and attorney general. A new perspective in which to contrast the rational - irrationalist paradigm is post modernism. The rational model is concerned with order and power. Irrationalism is more concerned with power without order, hence the power itself is illicit. Post modernism stresses that world is constructed socially. The social system is open. It is observed contextually from our location within the social environment. The emphasis is on diversity and the view from below and the less powerful (Scott 1998).

Carter has posited that Social Systems Theory is coherent based on four points (Anderson and Carter 1999).

1. It is comprehensive.
2. Such provides suggestive leads.
3. Such provides a common language.
4. Such develops parsimony.

Within a Social Systems Theory the system effects of criminal movers and authorship on society can be observed and tested for fitness. Hence the Homeland Security System of the United States and the Universal System of the United Nations can be seen to be blackmailable and extortable. The mythology of the United States and it's president(s) exists in a fictious history. The forces of fatalism and dependency have erected a Stockholm Syndrome where totalitarianism is converging and embedding itself in the ecology of culture.

Hence this negative feedback continues in loops as the culture reinforces a static paradigm shift. Hence can on argue that a Technological Singularity could exist that would remedy the abuse that is debilitating the Arts and Letters (Jervis R. 1997)?
