open Letter To Sen. Carper – DE

Dear Senator Carper

There has been almost 22 years of in continuo Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth in the United States since you were Governor of Delaware in June of 1987. I have continually claimed as I do now that the Delaware State Police are still involved in this attack. This now degrades Homeland Security as well as the constitution which you have sworn to uphold.

I am stating a fortiori that I AM THE MAIN OPPOSOTION THINKER AND LEADER OF THIS EVENT OF CHEMICAL ASSAULT - SCORCHED EARTH.

Not only is the United States severely damaged but individual performers from Delaware and their families will most likely suffer adversity from the lack of courage in opposing in forces that seek to destroy and or damage this country.

Superintendent Ellingsworth and Captain Marvel are two figures from your years as Governor will be focalized.

I am stating that this is a Hate Crime based on religion and sexual orientation. I am a heterosexual ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada or a Hare Krishna. There is a reformation of sorts ongoing and lawsuits and allegations of  de facto acts incurring on all sides. I am also a supporter of Proposition 8 here in California that bans Gay Marriage and is under review.

The Salton Sea is chemically destroyed here as has been the Owens River and Lake Almanor to name a few of the water systems that have been fully attacked.

Your history as a public servant is mythology. LAPD has cells of officers who wish to avenge their LGBTi history but have done no more than attack such. Their folly leaves their communities history and identity damaged and uncertain. You are sworn to act and gave the color of authority under federal code. There is a lack of moral and political will that is concretely demonstrable in the escalation and expansion of one the worst acts in human history.

Open Letter to Sen. Kaufman D - DE

Dear Senator Kaufman

My name is David Nollmeyer. As Delaware’s new senator you must now deal with the involvement of the Delaware State Police in the ongoing Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. LAPD contains a cell of Gay Militants that are attempting to avenge LGBTi history.

I am a heterosexual supporter of Proposition 8 here in California that is under review.

The manifest chemical assault began in Dover on June 17, 1987. However the Delaware State Police continue to be involved. I am located near the Salton Sea in California and it is CONTAMINATED.

One time officer Captain Marvel of the Troop 3 has been a salient figure as he has continually traveled around the country presumably under LAPD’s direction. This includes the inauguration of Carlos Salinas Gortari in Mexico City.

After the ceremony in the Zocalo I was approached by a uniformed Mexico City policeman. Captain Marvel was then sent up to me asked what we spoke about.

The officer stated, “We can kill you here.” He then walked off.

This event too was in Chemical Assault. In convergence there is credibility to believe that the same forces that helped support and kill Alderman Barry Seals are involved in some capacity. This would be other parts of LAPD.

Oliver North would come to be involved in Iran Contra events of which Barry Seals was a CIA operative. A Prentice Hall (Dover DE)shell corporation was involved in the ownership of one of the plane’s that Barry Seals used in the Mena, Arkansas. It appears two youths stumbled across a transaction or some other event and were killed. William Clinton was the attorney general. In the interrogation of Oliver North Senator Biden was amongst the leaders.

The theory of independent discovery is at fore. I have long maintained that LAPD is a RICO structure as well as the Delaware State Police.

The courts are negligent to entertain reality. The Chemical Scorched Earth is REALITY. Soon the sunlight and fresh air may return.

You are under scrutiny as too how long one can maintain innocence while citizens suffer these horrible effects.

Dear Governor Markell

My name is David Nollmeyer. I am forwarding you a letter that publicly confronts the Delaware State Police on the staging and in continuo implementation of a CHEMICAL SCORCHED EARTH. The Salton Sea in California is chemically polluted and I alleged that the Delaware State Police are involved.

You and Attorney General Beau Biden are under the color of law.
Delaware State Police officers as Captain Marvel, Melvin, Lynn, Papilla, Pepper, and Chaffinch should step forward and identify elements of LAPD who have violated mutual aid to implement these acts.

    My name is Bhakta David Nollmeyer. I am a ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. I have been victimized by a chemical assault - scorched earth attack since June 17, 1987. This is exactly the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution. This began in Dover, Delaware. Delaware was the first state to ratify the Constitution on December 7, 1787. Joseph Biden vice president, was then the senior senator from Delaware and his son Beau Biden now is the state attorney general.
    I have alleged that LAPD has orchestrated the event. This appears to be very strong and credible. The allegation is that Cambridge Law School organized the event in the 1930s and have handed the event down through Scotland Yard and LAPD. The Delaware State Police and Baltimore City Police Department are also constants.
    LAPD CONTAINS A GAY MILITANCY WHICH IS ALLEGEDLY AVENGING LGBTi HISTORY.
    In reality they are fighting to fight now with no principle and are the worst event in LGBTi history and especially ISKCON.
    I am a lifelong heterosexual and interpret the VEDAS and Original Books from the heterosexual perspective.
    I am a reasonably respectable practioner of the four regulative principles and usually chant 16 rounds a day. I claim no special advancement.
    I AM REQUESTING THAT THE DEVOTEE COMMUNITY STEP FORWARD AND RECOGNIZE MY PLIGHT BY POSTING ON THE INTERNET AND WRITING PUBLIC OFFICIALS THROUGH Congress.org.
    Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch are also good selections.
Here are events that lead up to and include the Hare Krishna Movement in continuo.
    In 1985 and 1986 I was living in Berkeley, California. I was attending the Sunday Feast Programs. I can remember Gadadhara, Tk, and Hamsadutta.  Puranjana was giving lectures at this time. In late 1985 Sulochana visited the temple in December. I did not see him.
    Later the Delaware State Police in 1986 swept in from Delaware with the instruction of LAPD. Then Captain Marvel entrapped Hamsaduta. He was arrested for brandishing a gun out the window of a car through Berkeley.
What is horrific about these sweeps is that they are usually conducted with targeted chemical assaults which is the placing of chemicals as sulfur and hydrochloric acid in auto engines and circulation systems in buildings.
    Captain Marvel would of have normally been considered a stalwart code enforcement officer. He is a member of the Marvel family of comic books. He, despite his family heritage has not understood the varna of his occupation and stepped forward on these chemical assaults.
    So what has happened is that from an epistemological standpoint all that I can see, hear, taste, touch or smell becomes chemically assaulted. THIS IS NOW A FULL BLOWN SCORCHED EARTH.
    I AM PURSUING THE DELAWARE STATE POLICE BY THE MECHANISM MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY.
    Later in earlier 1986 Sulochana was murdered and I was being severely HARASSED by the police for a LSD deal that originated from Berkeley. I did not entrap anyone. The entrapment was from LAPD and Delaware. The bust in Delaware of a few hundred hits was orchestrated by LAPD  causing chaos in Berkeley sending in police from Delaware.
    I TRULY APOLOGIZE TO ALL THE DEVOTEES AND LIVING ENTITIES FOR THIS FAILURE AND ASK FOR YOUR FORGIVENESS.
    Captain Marvel caused a mini epic of commotion in Berkeley. Even Peace Mom witnessed some of the antics which are to numerous to describe here and maybe she will be called to testify later among other past Berkeley fixtures.
The chemical assault prevents the event from being prosecuted because this would DESTROY THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT and the UNITED KINGDOM.
    In 1995 I attempted to go to New Ramen Reti to ask for help. Hridayananda Maharaj was present. The community attempted to let me stay there but did nothing to openly and directly challenge LAPD.
    Hridayananda Maharaj has recently stepped outward on LGBTi issues. I am currently supporting Proposition 8 in California.
    New Raman Reti was chemically desecrated. I SUED New Raman Reti for outrageous conduct as the tort of false imprisonment as slamming car doors outside the temple to intimidate one from entering mangala aroti. Chandrasekhara swami also attempted to conduct a BRAINWASHING EPISODE.
    If LAPD had not intervened I would have owned New Raman Reti. I would of gave it back to some of the devotees.
    I have attempted to purchase texts from Krishna Culture and they have been desecrated. I am currently wintering in Desert Shores, California.
THE SALTON SEA IS CHEMICALLY CONTAMINATED. ALL SURFACE WATER, ENTIRE RESERVOIRS AND LAKES ARE CONTAMINATED AS WELL AS POTABLE WATER IN STORES AND BUILDINGS IN MY AREA. I WILL MOVE TO MT. SHASTA IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA IN THE SUMMER AND THE LAKES WILL GET HIT.
    THIS EVENT OF POISONING SURFACE WATER IS CODE RADHANATHA. THIS IS A RED HERRING ON RADHANATHA SWAMI.
    He does not have any relationship to LAPD that I know of.
    I do believe that LAPD murdered Sulochana.
    This would have been ordered by an officer(s) under the code name The Fly taken for the Lord of the Flies. An earlier code name used would be Periander in the 1970s and early 1980s.     Periander is the tyrant the Midas Man myth is based upon.
    I have already spent over $20,000 on federal lawsuits.
    The History of ISKCON, and Srila Prabhupada, and the Hare Krishna Movement writ large are entangled in legal and academic history.
    I again request that devotees all over the world make a stand and help recognize the aperture of chemical assaults which are in the same species as biological and nuclear strategic weapons.
    I am responding openly to US Attorney Holder’s accusation that persons are cowards for not confronting racism.
    In a interesting twist I am one day older than Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, NM. A devotee has presented the president with a Hanuman murti. Barack Obama is condoning a chemical assault. Many persons around the world do not realize that you have a small ratio of a full blown scorched earth placed over your genealogy. The POLICE WILL SPRAY YOU AND EVEN DEVOTEES WILL ATTACK YOU.
    So please deliberate and adopt the position of Arjuna and develop a strategy to fight!!!

Open Letter to Senator Feinstein

Dear Senator Feinstein

In response to Attorney General Holder’s proclamation that Americans are cowards when dealing with racism, I am compelled to become more direct in my confrontation with the United States government when dealing with CHEMICAL SCORCHED EARTH.

The first issue is Gay Irrationalism/Gay Fascism. It appears I may lose my life to a Gay Militancy being run out of LAPD. YOUR POLITICAL CAREER IS RUINED!

The study of Evolutionary Biology has emerged as a template to organize the emergence of Gay Irrationalism-Gay Fascism. This study discusses the mechanistic origins of species. Here we can focus on the choice of mating pairs to select the sex of their offspring.

This is an emergent interdisciplinary science. The above discussion can be argued as intra sex. Here we can see why LGBTi individuals and couples would have an interest in this issue. This is a highly complex study and I make no pretensions of having an expertise other than Cambridge University is guilty of practicing eugenics in a chemical scorched earth.

FOR THE LEGAL AND HISTORICAL RECORD I HOLD THAT YOU ARE GUILITY AND UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW.

I ARGUE THAT THE ENTIRE CONGRESS FROM THE 100TH FORWARD HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN A HAND WASHING RITUAL OF SANITIZATION AND CLEANSING.

I am solidly in favor of Proposition 8 and the ban on Gay Marriage.

It will be of great irony and disgrace that a person of your stature who has done more than  most  public officials for LGBT concerns has come to ruin because of Gay Irrationalism/Fascism.

Here to mark the event the Salton Sea is CHEMICALLY DESTROYED as is most of my food, clothing, and shelter.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CLEAN WATER. I HAVE NOT DRANK  UNCONTAMINATED WATER IN OVER TWO YEARS.

It is clearly evident the Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Eric Holder do take hard science or the Constitution seriously.

When a critical amount of persons reach the  point of no return and realize their health is gone due to scorched earth the equilibrium of sanitization will be broken and the impunity lost.

It appears you will outlive this fiasco. Mary Bono, Barack Obama, and myself are all born within two months of one another. I believe they will be prosecuted alive.
