Open Letter: Rep Vargas D 51 CA

Dear Rep. Vargas,

The condition of the citizens along the Salton Sea requires DIRECT INTERVENTION. President Barack Obama has not only won the 2008 and 2012 Presidential Elections while the Salton Sea was intentionally despoiled, Obama has been twice sworn in on two Presidential Inaugurations to uphold the Constitution and protect United States citizens.

As a sworn representative of CA 51, it is incumbent also for you to protect your constituents. I am writing you just south of Desert Shores, Imperial County west of the Salton Sea.

This Crime Against Humanity is also Treason, Obstruction of Justice, and Intimidating a Witness against the United States. There are almost no citizens. Persons clamor incessantly for quid pro quos meted out by a Gay Militia from LAPD.

This act is paired with Gay Marriage. Hollingsworth v, Perry or Prop 8 is awaiting judgment at the United States Supreme Court.

This act is a Trojan Horse Attack. It is an Undermining Tactic.

If reports are true this activity is occurring while there is a Ricin Scare against the President and a member of Congress.

President Obama is also protecting his previous four predecessors who permitted this attack to escalate.

It is strongly alleged that Cambridge Law School is behind the legal scripting.

I am 51 years old. Reps. Raul Ruiz, Mark Takano, and Bono-Mack are also similarly aged as well as is Obama.

It appears that Obama is a target for legal prosecution within his lifespan.

California Lt. Governor Newsom and Attorney General Kamala Harris are both similarly aged and are de facto and negligent is performing prescribed legal duties.

In conclusion, Life, Limb, and Property have been attacked in the cognition of sworn officials who are obligated to protect the United States.

Does it take a further escalation before the Executive Branches of this country act?

Open Letter: John Kerry

Dear Secretary of State Kerry,

As the Secretary of State you are the lead diplomat in representing the United States with other countries. The United States has openly condoned and nourished a manifest de facto Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth plan that has been imposed over my natural person undermining my Bill of Right and 14^th Amendment Equal Protection and Due Process safeguards.

Currently I am just west of the Salton Sea in Desert Shores, California. The Salton Sea is a Scorched Earth. The air is contaminated by cars driving with chemicals in their tanks. Mexico is less than 100 miles south.

The issue is if I am being attacked with this quantum of force, then Mexico is being attacked. There are many foreign national whose governments would claim jurisdiction over if there was a serious crime.

Currently the United States and Barack Obama are asserting that a use of Chemical Weapons by Assad in Syria would change the calculus. This is very hypocritical in it’s own right as the calculus has been changed since then Ronald Reagan permitted this nonsense to escalate.

Barack Obama and I are both 51 years of age. His chances of being prosecuted are quite good.

The allegation is that the British are behind this Undermining Tactic.

In short a Marshall Plan of some sorts is in the offering as this attack is supported by Targeted Chemical Assaults TCAs worldwide. The civil damages in the United States in alone would be in the trillions of dollars.

Mr. Secretary, why is the United States condoning and escalating a Crime against Humanity and Treason Against the United States?
