A major implication is that the United Kingdoms historical rivals as Russia and Germany have suffered incredible damage as well as China and India. This could be a huge impediment in the World's development. Africa writ large is a major victim.

The damage to the University of California is a major embarrassment. They are no where near to being seen. They are actors of the State of California and Under the Color of Law.
