Upon reviewing your webpage and references to your group in re: Snowden and Manning I have decided to write you. My name is Bhakta David Nollmeyer.

I am the Target (Singularity Experiment), that has a de facto Scorched Earth – Chemical Assault imposed over my natural person and citizenship. I am currently writing from Westwood, Lassen County, California.

In short, this attack is alleged to be of the authorship of Cambridge Law School circa the 1930s. The conspiracy was handed off to Scotland Yard who entrapped and handed the attack off to LAPD California. This agency contains a Gay Militia who intended to Undermine President Ronald Reagan.

The attack is based on a Same Sex qualification for rights. I am a heterosexual. Notice that this reverse sting RICO Enterprise can only be predictable if actors follow the script.

Since I am a heterosexual male, my natural person and citizenship was used to attack the United States. The Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth then attack the human race through this country. Notice this has not changed Obama’s calculus vis a vis to Syria. This alter ego construct supports a 1930 era proximate cause.

As a result of this attack was I was briefed on this operation, Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. Cambridge Lawyers appear to guide the expansion and contraction of the British Empire. It is alleged that theologians in Trinity wished to expose this corruption. War Crimes as the sinking of the Lusitania would have resulted. A Tournament ensued between the two groups in which the theologians won. The lawyers did not yield and remained in power.

This Ex Deus Maquina developed an algorithm of tit for tat reprisals that are essentially homosexuality versus heterosexuality based.

I believe 100 percent of Wikileaks work is entrapped by this group.

I have organized MOEC Studies to the level of an Approach. The highest level would be a System.

One would need criminal discovery with subpoenas to prove the Latent Function (structure). The Manifest Function as the Chemical Assault – Clearly defines a direct Crime Against Humanity and Treason Against the United States. Here again the United Kingdom would be using the USA to attack the International Community.

The defense mechanism is a homosexual blackmail, extortion, hostaging and intimidating of a witness ring.

I will enclose my Website Updates belo. The correct technique if one is being blackmailed is to go public. The Chemical Assault has contaminated the air and Lake Almanor in California. This criminal action would be decisive against President Obama, Biden, Homeland Secretary Napolitano, and AG Holder. This line of criminal prosecution to similar California officials and the stalkers who are the accomplices locally.

Artificial Intelligence is being developed to sanitize War Crimes. Barack Obama is the Singularity Target. I am exactly one day senior being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico.

Any positive advancement in AI would prosecute Obama or Technological Singularity will not occur.

A decision on Proposition 8 is likely tomorrow. This proves that a preemptive attack on Reagan and my person was corrupt and incompetent. This in turn undermines the LGBTi Movement.
