Non-normative events
President Barack Obama is now evolving through a non-normative event in the Gulf Oil Spill. This event is officially recognized as the worst environmental disaster in United States history. In reality it is only part of the worst environmental disaster.
An event within a system named MOEC (Mobilization of Empire and Civilization) has been ongoing since June17, 1987 the 200th Anniversary of the Constitution.
Obama is weak on human rights and the environment in spite of his photo-op persona. He has attempted to redistribute the goods of the commonweal and many have been waiting and will give the blind eye to abuse as has happened when the Republicans were in power.
In a sardonic twist the 18 million gallon plus spill may grow 20 percent before the top hat is implemented in the next four days. Without success Obama’s 49nth birthday on August 4, 2010 may be his gift.

The sore thumb has screamed aloud for over 24 years. The circular folly will claim more victims through marginalization until someone acts in accordance with the law and good governance. Irrationalism has reigned in order personal survival.
The damage to Barack Obama is great, at least he is claiming responsibility in the duplict world of political theatre. Whether he or the Democrats can sustain any of the momentum they had of last year is an open question. I do not believe that the Republicans or any Tea Party believes that a transparent history based on reality is part of common sense.
My observations reflect the collapse of Rome after the Crucifixion of Christ. Rome lasted until 600 AD under constant attacks from the Teutonic Tribesman that eventually defeated them. The excesses and Bacchanalian culture is present not only in the United States but worldwide.
It is Apollo versus Dionysus.
