Cornerstones...: FBI Complaint on Colorado River

I am reporting that there haas been a very severe chemical attack along the Colorado River since 2-11-07 incontinuo.

The water from from Blythe to Parker south is contaminated by what appears to be a sewage element and a caustic substance.

Any clothes washed in the water will be contaminated.

I also state that this element was burned in auto engines.

I file a under the colour of law complaint against Mohave County, La Paz Sheriff of AZ and San Bernadino Sheriff of California.

I am outside Davis CA at 10:23. I attempted to wash my hands in a punp by a field and such water is foul.

I will attempt to travel north to Mendocino County.
